Him surviving that little amount of time isn't that big of a deal. Ppl's abdomen can be crushed by trucks and stay alive for hours
That is what i am doingWe know nothing of the Namikaze or if its even a clan, only that Minato is one. So naturally we base are opinion on him.

Minato also learned Sage Mode and despite being sealed, Mastered Kurama Chakra Mode. Those are very incredible feats, no normal ninja can do those things. His genetics are indeed special.
He never mastered Sage mode (takes too long for him to make senjutsu chakr(possibly because of lower reserves)) and I think the Kurama's are linked so when Naruto turned one i think he turned bothYeah, also note he mastered sage mode and Kurama Chakra Mode. Those are incredible feats

The thing is, Minato, like Sakura, did not come from a KKG clan, thus why some people may call them fodder.
Get it? people call Sakuras genes fodder cause she's not from a special clan, so in my example, i used Minato to show how genes don't determine everything. He was not from a special clan yet turner out to be one of the best.

He only said he wasn't good at Sage Mode. His style doesn't seem to compliment sitting still to gather energy.
Kurama said Minato was able to tame his other half. They aren't linked.
