Bingo.
Used to play that up until middle school
Bingo.
It's only sexist from the perspective of a naive ideal of equality.
I'd value the safety of my kids more than whether or not I'm discriminating. It's not being naive. It's understanding what discrimination is.

It's not a rational decision but incase there was a predator in that particular daycare, they'd be less likely to be women. So you decided to make a hasty generalization of men and watching kids? You do know that woman can harm kids too right?
That's not a feminist than.A true feminist wants equality for men and women. The feminists are afraid if they let a man work in kindergarten he will teach boy's how to build a patriarchy world.

Generalizations are how we make sense of the world, it's only natural I use it to discern who I leave my kids with. That's not a feminist than.A true feminist wants equality for men and women.
That's another hasty generalization right there.

Anyway, this is all in an imaginary scenario, I wouldn't put my kids in daycare in the first place.

You must be registered for see linksFallacy- a mistaken belief, especially one based on unsound argument.
Fallacies can not be logical or valid.
In the real world you don't always have evidence to make a rational decision about a person or an event, to counteract that you rely on your intuition which is your gut feeling about a person. Searching for evidence to confirm your suspicion before you take action is counterproductive and defeats the purpose of wanting evidence in the first place. I don't want to find my child getting raped before I make the conclusion that a person isn't fit to take care of them. Believing you can afford to use logic and reason to deal with every scenario in life is a fallacy. You must be registered for see linksFallacy- a mistaken belief, especially one based on unsound argument.
