I guess it did, but that's pretty simply countered...one it may just float to the top or sink to the bottom, so sakura's chakra can still be detected if that is what you are arguing. Two if it comes in contact with Kisame it is getting absorbed. Three why wouldn't Kisame be able to visually see Sakura .-. A slugs "Liquid" (AKA Mucus) Is clear

No it cannot. Katsuyu is directly linked to Sakura's Byakugo. Kisame will just feel one big Sakura.
Again she was brought out to help the alliance from being absorbed by the god tree.
She doesnt turn into mucus, she just becomes a liquid that is obviously not clear. She is white.

Being directly linked to Sakura means shit, there is obviously going to me a human sized chakra source where Sakura is and a blanket of it somewhere else.
So what if she controls it? If its physically impossible, she can't move. Place a bug on top of the water (non swimming kind) It controls itself, yet it can't move wherever it wants.
No her whole body deconstructs into a liquid.
Katsuyu uses Sakura's chakra. Its not like some difference with a user and justu, Katsuyu is directly linked to the chakra, as long as she is touching Sakura they will be seen as one being chakra wise.
She becomes a liquid herself, she easily moves through the water.

That doesn't mean jack shit, if she's less or more dense than water she will float, or sink that simple. That makes no sense what so ever, Katsuyu still has her own chakra and Sakura still has her own chakra, they can be discerned.
Lol if she controls her liquid then she doesnt sink or float, she goes where she wants and keeps herself leveled.
@Bold Not true, if she had her own chakra then she wouldnt have slowly healed the gokage because Tsunade's Byakugo chakra was low. She would have just used her own chakra. So we dont know if she only uses Byakugo chakra for healing purposes.
