He got the speed to keep Katsuya in the waterdome long enough to drown Sakura. He also has the speed to catch up to katsuya and drain her chakra. So no, Katsuya won't outspeed Kisame.
Already said she loses if he has Samehada. You dont realize how big Katsuyu is. Water dome doesnt take Sakura down.
Katsuyu is liquid herself, she moves freely in water, Kisame wont know where Sakura is and Kisame is not draining all of Katsuyu before Sakura gets out and destroys the dome.

Amazing what one suckerpunch can do for a character.
Let's not forget how Naruto and Sasuke had to be nerfed (sword piercing bijuu+sage mode cloak and Sasuke not deploying susanno, even partially) for this moment of Sakura's to happen.

I mean, the entire Katsuyu strategy is basically a variation of the kirigakure+hidden mist offensive, which sensors still saw through. Unless Sakura's chakra is evenly distributed throughout Katsuyu's mass, it should still be a distinctive entity. Hell, even then it might not work. As Katsuyu should have her own chakra ontop of Sakura's, it'd be identified as a different source then Sakura's. Not unlike how Karin didn't mistake Kabuto due to all the different changes to his body.

She needs to form a bubble if she's going to get Sakura out. So her free movement gets restricted. If she doesn't form a bubble to hold Sakura and form other bubbles to use as distraction for Kisame, Kisame would see where she's hiding Sakura.
And Yes Kisame can quite easily drain Sakura. One direct contact was enough to eat six tails worth of chakra.
Except Katsuyu is not some justu just filled with chakra, she is an alive slug who is using Sakura's chakra. All kisame can feel is someone's chakra and Sakura's will be everywhere, he wont know where exactly she will be in all of Katsuyu's liquid.
Katsuyu specifically said she uses the chakra from the Byakugo seal, whether this is just for healing purposes is unknown.

That's the entirety of the kirigakure jutsu. The chakra is everywhere, but unless it's at the same exact level as Sakura's, matching it perfectly in quantity, Kisame can find her. That's what sensors can do, and have done.
Katsuyu is spread over a larger area, meaning the chakra is as well. Whereas Sakura is significantly smaller, and likely matches or exceeds Katsuyu. It wouldn't be hard to find the more concentrated and smaller source of chakra over the thinned out Katsuyu.
What she uses=/=What she has. Every summoning has chakra, whether or not Katsuyu uses any of her own is not the subject. But she still has it.
One touch? No he is not aborbing all the chakra with one one touch. Especially when liquid Katsuyu was specially used to help the alliance survive having their chakra absorbed from the god tree.
If Katsuyu is liquid then she wont need breathing...
Sensors find individual's chakra. Kisame was able to feel chakras, the only thing he will feel is Sakura all over the place. It wont be like bypassing a justu since Katsuyu is alive. Sakura will get masked as all of it will just feel like one big Sakura not Sakura and a justu around her.
Not in Katsuyu's case. If she did have chakra then she would have definitely used it to heal up Tsunade instead of slowly healing everyone because Tsunade's reserves were low.
So again its unknown if Katsuyu only uses Byakugo chakra for healing purposes.

I like Dany, but this season and the last with her haven't been exciting. It's good that the show is letting us see her become a good ruler. But that also implies she'll actually rule, if only for a time. Otherwise this was all literally for nothing.
Man, she probably only stopped because of the smoke burning her and what not. That was just incredibly hard to sit through. I thought Sansa's rape was bad, but Jesus Christ. Yeah, Stannis lost my support. Dude's a good military leader, but I don't see a difference between him and Aerys honestly. Both were desperate, fire fanatics trying to hold onto the Iron Throne.

He is burning his whole family away. First his brother then his daughter. Stannis is going to win the battle but is going to get ****ed in the war. Relying on the fire to do everything only means you arent meant to rule.

I wouldn't be surprised if he gets taken out by Baelish when he comes. I swear, he was looking like a real King, riding North and saving the Nights Watch. Dude's beyond redemption at this point.
Wtf are you talking about liquid? She's a ****ing slug..... Slugs need oxygen just like every other living thing. I don't recall her having some special hydrification. Unless this was shown against Kaguya.
