More like the great rise of a football club, its not like liverpool is the only one who was clearly above barcelona, even someone like bayern when they had 4 barcelona had only 1, but now they are equal, the way barcelona plays the recent decade if they continue in the same way they will surpass even milan very fast if milan doesnt get back into action, that's just how fast they have been climbing the ladders of european footballing.
