He was suppose to fight in kimimaro's body. But kimimaro was coughing up blood when they killed that fodder kage(Gaara's father). So Kabuto put Kimimaro in a sleeping chamber for the time being so he can find a cure later. Orochimaru went on fighting 3rd hokage without him.

His plan was to use Kimimaro to be stronger. The body he has during the fight had no problems and was 100%.

Both the Uzumaki Sealing Chains and Emma are both made of Adamantine which is unbreakable. The chains were shown to be able to hold the Nine Tails and the destroy the hands of the Mini Buddha statue. Since Enma is made of the same substance, he should be able to take on the punches.

Tsukuyomi is a kekkei genkai technique... Unless he has the sharingan he ain't getting Tsukuyomi.

Despite what some might believe, It's legit. Hiruzen even stated that he stopped the coffin from coming out. Minato's soul was trapped in the Reaper and his coffin wouldn't have worked if it came out. Hiruzen simply neutralized it from coming out.

You know, him being called the strongest Hokage may not have anything to do with his strength per se, maybe just in terms of his knowledge and how much ni Jutsu he knows. Knowing every Konoha jutsu in existence could earn you that praise. Still, doesn't mean he'd defeat certain all opponents.

You can have all the ninjutsu in the world while your oppoenent only knows one technique and said oppoenent still triumphs. Comes down to skill in the end.
