You gotta re-read the technique list. I only listed techniques that do not require KKG. Databook 4 clearly states that he is capable of using the Leaf's Hiden (Clan Based) techniques.
"All five nature alterations, Hiden (clan techniques), Genjutsu, all Ninjutsu existing in Konoha which explains his reputation as the professor" - Databook 4

Alright, but using all jutsus still doesn't give him the edge over Hashirama.

Don't forget, he most likely had Tsukiyomi and Kumai, since he mastered all Leaf Jutsu.
