Really everyone should workout often it's healthy. Obese or not, you feel better as well mentally and physically once you get use to it. All through mankind it's proven valid.
Doesn't even have to be crucial body builder workouts. Just like a jog or push ups, sit ups, bike riding, etc. Keeps you in good vibes.
