I'm very tolerant and won't try to judge someone on how they look. However that doesn't take away the fact that it shortens your life span and can decrease your quality of life due to potential health issues. These are facts not opinions. It's not about how looks but about health. There are exceptions but a lot of people simply don't work out/ move or try to watch what they eat or drink.

It can even cause lower confidence with certain people. Another thing is: What's overweight? Like what's the limit? I really don't care or judge but I do feel sorry for people who are like really overweight. Not talking about chubby or something, but really obese.

In other cases; harsh criticism may be the best trigger for an obese individual to make a change in his/her lifestyle.
I was a little chubby until my 15th and self-hate only assisted me to stop being a conformist (in that sense) and make a change. I think real motivation comes after harsh confrontation.
