Why didn't Sasuke use Genjutsu on the Raikage?

Sasuke owned Bee with The Solo Glance and the Hachibi saved him.Without the Hachibi helping Bee,Sasuke would have won.

Sasuke should have defeated the Raikage aswell.He was yet another person who was easily owned by Genjutsu.

As you can see the Tsuchikage saved him.If it was one on one,then he would of died. All it take’s is eye contact,no Bijuu or teammate to save him,and he would have been done.

So why didn’t Sasuke use Genjutsu on the Raikage despite the Raikage looking into his eyes multiple times?

Here’s another moment where he could of used it.

The Raikage was clearly looking into his eyes to see when he would unleash Amaterasu so he could time it right and successfully dodge.

No one would have saved the Raikage because,
1)Sasuke could easily handle the Samurai
2)Sasuke could easily handle Darui
And
3)Moments earlier Sasuke had already put “C”,the Raikage’s other bodyguard to sleep.

Madara did the same against the Raikage as Sasuke did against C.Suddenly appear infront of him,and trap him in Genjutsu from looking into his eye,and he was only saved due to getting the Tsuchikage's help,so we know he can’t counter it on his own.

Right before fighting the Raikage,Sasuke negged C with it from looking into his yes,yet he doesn't use Genjutsu against the Raikage when he was looking into his eyes.

I believe we all can agree this was a case of Plot Shield.

Well here's Sasuke seeing through the Raikage's movement while dodging,and making a pinpointed attack, despite being in Lightning mode.

Which is why even though he showed he was more than capable of reacting to v1 Ay he didn't move, and was upset with Suigetsu for jumping between them but not with Jugo who interfered a few seconds before

Otherwise the raikage is generally safe from eye contact genjutsu since he is so fast, but he's not "too fast for genjutsu".

Eye contact = instant effect - not 10 second delay to look at Sasuke's Mangekyo,and comment about it.Nor is there a 15 second delay to watch his eyes for 15 seconds while he builds up,and unleashes an Amaterasu.

Also Karin is the same girl who tried telling Sasuke about Izanagi thinking he hadn't already figured it out himself.She's not a reliable source to confirm Sasuke's skills.

Yeah, though Genjutsu is an idiotic idea in my opinion. It should have just been a type of Ninjutsu. They don't have that much depth to be their own category. Also, the hint that Ay was too strong was when Ay said "You and your sharingan are nothing to me". Whenever a sharingan user is fighting someone above them they usually won't use genjutsu. It's Kishi's way of copping out and not giving a proper counter against it.

A was just cocky,he was acting tough by talking down on the Sharingan even while he was passing out from being owned by Sharingan Genjutsu.
