You made the assumptions that Orochimaru was testing her ability or some shit, which is an assumption. She could clearly do it but did not want to.

There was a whole arc dedicated to Orochimaru trying to restore his arms 1 way through Tsunade, she didnt do it. Orochimaru was going to bring back Dan and Nawaki in return for his arms. This was not all bullshit on Kishi's part. If you want to believe that ok.

Cutting open the the reaper death seal stomach working =/= Tsunade not being about to restore his arms. They have nothing to do with each other.

She wouldnt get the soul from RDS but she obviously had some sort of Restoration technique.

Tsunade never believed she could heal him because Orochimaru didn't tell her what the problem was. Tsunade most likely didn't even know that something like RDS even existed.

Chiyo didn't 'simply' bring Gaara back to life. She sacrificed her own like to save Gaara. So unless you're saying Tsunade wanted to use Tensei jutsu just like Chiyo, this argument is useless.
