[Predictions] Naruto Manga 490 Discussion and 491 Predictions

- When Kabuto first meets Tobi/Madara, he states, " I would greet you, Tobi .... excuse me you go by Madara these days." This allows the reader to infer that Tobi is lying about his identity.
- In chapter 490, he states, "Uchiha Madara you are truly in your own league." Why would he say this about someone he just proved to be inferior to himself?
- To further support my argument Kabuto says, "don't worry I have not told anyone" ? of your actual identity.
- Also Itachi claims that,? Uchiha Madara is a shell of former self.?

I?m not going as far as to suggest that Tobi is not Madara. All I am doing is speculating as to why Kabuto is so easily able to persuade Tobi/Madara with that damn coffin.xd

Shisui possessed only the sharingan, not ms or ems, and his special move was body flicker. Minato though, he possessed Flying Thunder God Technique which was significantly faster then body flicker and without that technique, he was above the level of any sharingan user most likely other then ms users like madara if he is alive. Even with ms, I still think Minato could have destroyed Sasuke and Itachi. That said, it's unlikely Kabuto summoned Minato, so why would Tobi fear Shisui when he completely outstrips Shisui in power when Minato could have posed as a greater threat. Is it Shisui? I HIGHLY DOUBT THAT MORE THEN IT BEING MY GRANDMA IN THERE!

No offence, but using Itachi's quote, you just verified that Madara is alive still so that means he cannot be in the casket....

It looks like the Akatski, sorry for the mis-spelling, is back, with the exception of Hidan since he is still buried. Since Negato is revived it maybe possible that Madara may make use of his rinnegan. The interesting part of it all is the mystery coffin, since the body can be used without a soul I think the person in the mystery coffin might be the 1st Hokage since he was the one that was capable of defeating Madara, therefore using him as a backup plan. While it was predicted that Naruto is going to train in using the 9 tail chakra, I'm surprised he needed to. Since Sage mode draws out energy from the environment augmenting his own skills, helping heal quicker and more resistant to damage, I thought it would have been more than enough to defeat Sasuke. In the earlier chapters Naruto states that he needed to train in keeping Sage mode for longer periods of time but now it's like F...k it I'm using the nine-tails chakra. I still believe he should still train in sage mode and maybe attempt to control the 9 tail chakra with it since he is more able to control chakras.

Obito, he was verified, and confirmed to be dead by Minato. Minato wouldn't leave obite under the rocks, he would have attempted to rescue Obito with the little hope there was, cause that was Minato's teachings afterall... ok well for the 10th time already i went over ALL the bloody chapters and am still somewhat confused. yes we found out that itachi gave naruto some chakra. im starting to think that mite be what karin sensed inside naruto when she was comparing it but didnt finnish the thought. secondly, naruto finally decides to learn to control the kyuubi. is it going to be possible to keep out the dark thought that lead to to destruction away from the fox in order to keep it from contolling him? thirdly, why doesnt kakashi recommend naruto to the council to become hokage? he said that naruto surpassed him right?? also kakashi said that he himself wasnt really interested in becoming that anyways. WHY NOT RECOMMEND HIM??!!! lastly, who heck do u think that kabuto might have raised from the dead to make madara back off so quickly??

It may not be... but I doubt madara would be so shocked to see his brother or the 4th... he just summoned some of the most badass ninjas in one go... I srsly doubt a resurrection of the 4th or his brother would prompt such a reaction... It has to be something totally out there...

It could be the so6p... maybe the longer someone is dead the harder they are to resurrect.. and that's why madara is shocked... or too frightened to attack! We shall see!

Okay, so we all know that Edo Tensei is used to resurrect a deceased shinobi by sacrificing bodies to serve as a vessel for the soul of whoever is being resurrected; that means that means that the body in the coffin cannot be Madara, because he didn’t die, or so I think. It’s impossible for Kabuto to resurrect Madara when his soul is in Tobi’s body. He cannot possibly be anyone else, for he knew much information about the Uchiha and its history, including Rikudo’s apprentice, the one who was said to originate the Uchiha clan’s hatred and destined battle with whoever holds the will of fire, for example, Naruto and Sasuke.

Second, there is no way Tobi is Izuna because it was stated that Izuna loss his life in battle after the removal of his Mangekyou. Same thing for Obito, he was also confirmed to be deceased. Again, in Naruto Chapter 404, Tobi takes off his mask, revealing his face to Kisame. Right away, Kisame knew who he was, a former Mizukage, Madara Uchiha. So that’s proof that Madara still has his physical body and soul and is Tobi.

Not necessarily. Madara Uchiha has been alive for a long time. It is possible that he changed his body prior to meeting Kisame and has not changed it since then. This would explain why he keeps a storage of sharingan. For his new bodies. One could speculate that this is the reason why he was so hesitant to give up Sasuke. He might use him as his next vessel, just as Orochimaru once intended.

But you right though, his soul is still intact.

True, Naruto said he needs the 9 tails to beat Sauske but only after Sauske told Madara he wanted ITachi's eyes to beat naruto with his full power. Power that Sauske is stealing from Itachi, just like MS was given to him to pretty much make the Uchia name proud again but he did the opposite.

How is Sasuke stealing power from Sasuke? Itachi wanted him to have this power and that is why despite being in his death bed he kept himself alive with medication so as to die by Sasuke's hand. Sasuke did not really kill Itachi. Itachi was a dead man walking. One way or the other, Sasuke would have awakened his MS. Kakashi did.

Naruto is also going to use someone elses power and he often uses the nine tails foxes power so what is the difference? If you want them to have a fair fight, then Naruto should only use his own power.

Regarding Uchiha name being proud, everyone calls them the cursed clan even Tsunade. It is very hard to be something else when you are already labelled by birth as cursed and an avenger.

Sasuke deserves to be angry. What the clan elders ordered his brother to do was wrong. You are supposed to wipe out the bad guys not an entire clan. There must have been children and good women in the clan and they were innocent. What did they do to deserve murder? After getting to know Danzo, it seems he was after power and had he stayed alive Naruto would have been in danger. It was wrong for Itachi, a very intelligent guy to let himself be manipulated by a guy who was hungry for power just because he was a pacifist.

Itachi also made Sasuke who he is. Abuse rarely creates good people. Itachi should have used another method to make Sasuke make the Uchiha clan a clan to be respected. The moment he revealed himself to Sasuke as the murderer and started to torture Sasuke convincing him to hate people and even to kill Naruto, he made the Sasuke we see now.

On another note, it is still Sasuke who has made Naruto courageous enough to work on controlling the nine tails which would help him in the future when he faces the real bad guys.

It?s obvious that Madara had sustained quite an amount of damage after the battle with Hashirama, but is it possible that he may have recuperated. I mean, he did grow back an arm somehow after losing it to Torune. But I still kind of agree with what you said though.

I like the chapter. As always I gave 5. I can't say that kabuto is the true genius since he's just an assistant of the Genius Orochimaru. He has the skills, though. but don't have the originality. but he's good, though. Madara on the other hand is way has an anticipating gift,too. He manages his decisions well. Just a very tough enemy. which is good for the future ninja wars.


M prediction: I think that guy on the last coffin, is this.

MS does not grant immortality. If it did, Itachi would have been alive. I think you mean EMS. It has not really been stated in the manga that EMS grants immortality. People are just reading between the lines because of Madara's long life. Madara only mentioned that his body had a lot of chakra and that is why he has lived so long. If his extra load of chakra has to do with EMS, nobody knows. We would probably find out in the future.

Sasuke immortal? That would be one heck of a purnishment because I think the guy is on a self-destructive course. I believe that he wants to die subconsciously. Naruto killing him would bring him joy.

Madara only has 1 eye. Against his fight with the first, he could have used Izanigi to survive. Since his survival, he might have sought out ways to become immortal or live longer. I'm guessing in his proccess of doing so, he became less humanlike, more of the shell he is now.
