If you had to have a guess, gear 4th is probably a way for Luffy to have power and speed.

Mingo said Luffy has great speed but lacks power, if that is not foreshadowing idk what is.Anyway, Luffy will probably get bigger muscles.

Luffy is currently a 50, gear 4 might push him up to a 60 while a fully healthy Doffy is a 70

It think, if Average Admiral is 100 and the strongest is 120, I would put luffy 70 and full health doffy at around 80

You're assuming that gear four will just as effective as second gear was to Blueno. I seriously doubt it will happen and the gap won't be that significant to the point where he smashes Doffy. I think it will push him to high diff. but it won't be overkill. Luffy will just barely win and hopefully Law will come in and kill Doffy off or do whatever he has to do. He is getting stitched up by Leo and is going to get healed by mansherry.

Luffy won't be considered "admiral level" either even if he beats Doflamingo. I don't even think Doflamingo is admiral level himself, he's close to it but not on that level.

All Admirals are almost identical in strength. I'd put the difference at between 99.9 and 100 from strongest to weakest. The only standout characters above them would be Whitebeard and Roger, as the other Yonkou are around the same level as the Admirals.

Doflamingo itself is handicapped right now and is having no problem in beating Luffy around, gear 4 might make Luffy strong enough to beat with high/extreme diff a weakened doffy, so no not even close , im not positive on doffy giving low diff to admirals really, I actually thought dofla was stronger but he was disappointing in his fight with law and luffy, in short even with it he would get wrecked.

I don't think he lacks power much in anyway considering that Doffy didn't take most of his hits head on.

His gear third left himself wise open (slow) and gear two was fast but not strong enough to TKO him.

It's the same issue he's been going through thriller bark and sabodey (idk spelling) island

I agree with your scaling. It makes me wonder what Oda is going to do with Smoker's DF to match him up with Luffy's DF/moveset now that we're seeing gear four.

Simple. His jutte will always remain dangerous for Luffy in a fight for him to conserve the legitimate threat, but he is never going to match him power-wise

I agree with your scaling. It makes me wonder what Oda is going to do with Smoker's DF to match him up with Luffy's DF/moveset now that we're seeing gear four.

Smoke has a lot of temperature variations and intoxicating effects, I think Oda should pursue this route

I don't think it'll be that simplistic and seeing how powerful gear 4 could potentially be, a jutte won't be enough. I'm confident that the next time we see Smoker, he will match Luffy power wise or push him high diff.

Nope, but if he masters G4 and his Haki improves he might be or maybe he's going to need 10 gears for that . I find it stupid that Luffy needs g4 to injure an already injured DD even though last chapter his haki punches were obviously doing damage. Makes it seem like his base stats were nerfed just to show off a new gear, and even still its only good for beating a weakened doffy with extreme diff. No way in hell this puts him on admiral level.

Silvers once said that Luffy at least would be able to give good fight to admiral, or even be on the same level as one, after their training.
