It's the truth. She's much smarter when it comes to medical skills. She knows more about the earth and plants too since specific herbs are needed to be gathered to make medicine and she knows how to fuse different substances to make knock out bombs and she can make her own poison.

Sasuke is better in probably everything else except that area.

I know but you know ... they're here I can't say anything to help. It's like a quiet/hidden rule you can't ever try to say that Sakura is better than certain characters in any kind of field. It's insulting to the character and fanbase.

Sakura also has extensive knowledge of the human body and how it works so she has greater smarts in that area too.

I'll just throw this out there. Sakura memorized Sasoris hand movements and from then was able to predict his attacks, by categorizing each attack with whatever hand movement he did. No Sharingan.

In my opinion, Kakashi faced it like 10+ times and was able to deduce that but honestly the person who analyzed it best and only encountered it once was Shino.

Sasuke - only has strategies under his name in combat, that only stand out because of his power.. If you look at the core of the strategies .. they are basic ones.
