The only point I don't agree with is MS. If you are comparing MS Sasuke as soon as he unlocked MS to Itachi as soon as he did his, then yes, Sasuke is more powerful. Otherwise, Sasuke needs post Danzo fight feats to beat Itachi. If you take Susano'o out of the equation, then yeah, I agree.

You didn't post any speed feats:

H) And just for the laughs, Sasuke evaded, jumped on Bee's back, and then flipped out of harms way. That's three actions in less than a split second. This adds infinite more value to his Ae's evasion, and would surely shut the idiotic haters up that Sasuke got lucky or didn't evade much:

People also forget that without the Bijuu, Sasuke's MS Genjutsu was enough to defeat Bee.

Not exactly. Sasuke could have killed Bee thrice, but he came there to capture him:

1 - When he was held by Suigetsu, he had the choice to run chidori through Bee's head. He didn't.
2 - When he used Genjutsu, Sasuke stood there, panted and then turned around. Bee was under Genjutsu from the point he was hit to the point he attacked Sasuke for a good 8 - 10 seconds. Had Sasuke wanted to kill him, he could have done it there as well.
3 - He turned off the flames on Hachibi, sparing his life. That is how Bee even managed to use Kawarimi.

Sasuke was also severely injured during the fight. He never healed those wounds.
