Tenseigan is the final stage of Byakugan, same as Rinne to Sharingan. So no.
and to your arguement, definately no.
Rinnegan is the most powerful mutation of the Sharingan and Sharingan literally derives from Byakugan. Byakugan is the progenitor doujutsu, period.Indra was not shown with Rinne and Sharingan. show me, please.

Indra was in fact shown with the sharingan, when the sage was talking about their past rivalry and we saw his ps we also saw his sharingan.
And your also incorrect about it being derived; the byakugan was first in kaguya, but the sharingan had always existed in the holy tree. They aren't connected in any way except that they were gifted to her two children; the eyes them self have no connection.

and the Byakugan is native to Kaguyas clan. Hence them being able to seal a thousand years worth of Byakugans away for Toneri.
And the manga says sharingan was derivitive of the byaku. Hagoromo simply had Rinne because his chakra mixed with rhe chakras of the tree. Hamura was still gifted with the Byaku.

Naruto is a half bold so she is half of naruto. Plus it has already be established that having strog parents dosent mean you will be strong. Look at naruto he couldn't do anything without kurama even tho he had stong parents

Naruto DEFINATELY wasnt a lame lol. Half blood or not Naruto was destined to be powerful. and blood line DOES matter. It was his similarities to his parents in which define naruto.

Tenseigan =/= Byakugan, even if it is the mix 1000 Byakugan or whatever
Also Rinnegan > Tenseigan

War arc SM Naruto pretty much shits on any MS user. If we are talking about powers here, especially given, at least Naruto did not ask for the Kyuubi's power. He was born with it, his father left it to him.

Tenseigan is to Byakugan what Mangekyo Sharingan is to Sharingan. But you are right in saying Rinnegan is not the same as Sharringan, as Rinnegan is a separate dojutsu from Sharingan [and MS/EMS]. And Tenseigan is not unlocked through 100 Byakugan, it's unlocked by having Ootsutsuki chakra and Byakugan eyes.
