byakugan >> sharingan. A masterful Hyuga(Otsukuki) >> an Uchiha with MS

Uchihas are Ōtsutsuki as well. Plus Indra, Madara, Obito and Sasuke wreck any Hyuuga any day unless that Hyuuga has tenseigan (even then they may still get wrecked).

Here is the scale:

Byakugan> 3t sharingan (if said byakugan can see through genjutsu and if the byakugan user is fast enough to counter the sharingan's speed perception)
Mangekyou/EMS >> Byakugan
Rinnegan >>>>>>>>> Byakugan
Rinnegan ≈ Tenseigan (results of rinnegan vs tenseigan may vary)

sharigan is just a watered down rinnegan. Indra was shown with sharigan and rinnegan. His father most likely went through the same thing because he inherited his genes.

Indra wasn't shown with a rinnegan although he could have awakened it had he taken his brother's chakara. Those swirly eyes he had when first introduced were his mangekyou sharingan. If I am simply forgetting something, please show me (or link me) a scan.
