*without being a fanboy ace is stronger why, ace awakend haki at the age of 10*
*Ace made blackbeard shit his pants and sweat ...the same guy who gave shanks* *a scar before he even got his devil fruit which means he was a lot* *stronger .*Ace was half dead in marine ford arc look at this manga panel*
*and not to mention the seastones handcuffs that drained his strenght, but he could*
*still go toe to toe with a ****ing admiral*
*i know that bounty doesn't mean strenght but he had a bounty of 550 Million even luffy after the time-skip cannot match that.We never saw how ace lost to blackbeard it could've been unfaire how he lost oda, probably keeps it for later if luffy has another dialoge with blackbeard so that blackbeard can anger him or some thing.*
*And from a story perspective*
*Luffy said to ace that "one day i will surpass you ace" Oda hasn't even shown*
*us a hint that he's stronger than Ace like when luffy fought with jimbei, jimbei*
*could've esaly said you're stonger than your brother now or luffy could've said*
"*Ace the day has finaly come ,i have surpassed you"*
*Kind of funny that Ace had to die so that luffy can become pirate king*

but even time-skip, jimbei is not impresed with luffy strenght/speed

now Ace is stronger than jimbei why because after he fought with jimbei for 5 days he still could go against wihitebeard
but he got his ass kicked and that was a 17 year old ace.
