it makes more sense if she was talking about aim. If she weakened the gravity around herself, kakashi, obito, and sakura(non threats as you said) then she'd have the ability to move freely. Somthing she didn't do until she shifted to genesis.

The whole Kaguya arc makes actual sense if we go off what Kakashi hinted about her ignoring those who she doesn't feel are a threat to her.

When did i say it retracted anything...she did that because Sasuke and Naruto were near her. In the gravity dimension she was surrounded by Naruto clones and Sasuke could port next to her at anytime. Same situation. (In case you are misunderstanding me...i'm suggesting that maybe she can control the gravity dimension the way she did with the Ice dimension.)

aren't you ignoring the part were her bones started to crumble and zetsu suggest that he had to make more chakra to help her recover? After that point wasn't everyone moving around normally...Sasuke even teleported behind her without immediately getting slammed down by the gravity.(before she shifted, so maybe she was no longer able to keep the high gravity sustained)

Bring up the ice dimension dosen't take away from her supposed ability to manipulate gravity in the gravity dimension, so using her freezing herself(no choice in the matter) dosen't change her gravity manipulation towards her opponents(choice in the matter)

Sasuke was too far to port to her and she was ripping through naruto's clones with ease, not to mention the real naruto went to sasuke and Naruto's clones can't seal her (thus not being a threat)

quite the opposite. She didn't move an inch until she changed dimensions. Then she could fly freely.

Sasuke and Naruto were able to duck despite gravity being up and sasuke teleporting to her instead of in her(like what he did to madara multiple times and like what he did to her before she shifted from earth to lava.

(before she shifted, so maybe she was no longer able to keep the high gravity sustained)

That wouldn't make sense since shifting dimensions according to her costs more than "changing gravity"

U would have an argument had she not displayed the ability to see the seals. Her byakugan can see the seals and Naruto and sasuke yet it gets fooled by transformation jutsu which wouldn't change the seals chakra makeup. She frets over amaterasu despite already showing the capacity to absorb it. Etc.

Kakashi's plan was cutting off her escape options. Rips through her arm so she can't use ash bone, warps away her portal so she can't use ash bone via her proxy. Leaving sakura in his susanno so she can't out fly naruto and sauce like she's been doing for the past 10 chapters.
He's done tactics like it b4. It's pretty standard for him.
He did it to pain twice, he did it to itachi once. He did it to zabuza. Etc.
