When kaguya swichted to the dimension where there was a strong gravitational force field and kaguya, naruto, sasuke and sakura were strongly attracted by the gravitational force field and unable to move while obito and kakashi could stand up in their feet walk and even run and everyone called this BS.

Well to eleminate the BS instead of considering this dimension as a place with a very strong gravitational force we could consider this dimension attracted chakra to the ground therefore not BS.
We know that by this point of the battle kakashi was very exhausted and obito was about to die so they were short of chakra while kaguya, naruto and sasuke got humongous amounts of chakra. So in conclusion the dimension attracts chakra and since obito and kakashi were very low in it they barely felt any attraction to the ground.

Then she adjusted the gravity and tried to shoot Naruto and Sasuke with Ash bones

Then she ran low on chakra and the bones on her back crumbled, zetsu said he'd make more chakra...at this point everyone seemed unaffected by the gravity. (this is from memory though)

Kaguya could not change the gravity in that dimension, she simply adjusted her aim when she said "I fixed it"

She could control the Ice dimension...yet, she froze herself along with Naruto and Sasuke. When she first shifted, she was in the sky surrounded by a bunch of Naruto clones. using an unfocussed area effect type of attack made sense.

The part with her saying she fixed it is vague(It's an assumption that she was referring to aim...just as it's my assumption that she was talking about the gravity)...but, it makes actual sense if she is talking about the gravity which was deviating the attacks.

The whole Kaguya arc makes actual sense if we go off what Kakashi hinted about her ignoring those who she doesn't feel are a threat to her.
