Yeah...no.It's called criticism. It's always a pleasure to see people complain about things when they wouldn't be able to do 1/10th of the work needed, and that they never thinked at the pressure of serializing a big series.
If the series went bad, it's not because of the author only, it's from the fans and the editors mainly.

Nah, I'd say it's more like sharing thoughts.
Calling it "criticism", usually implies that you are a professional working in the same line of work or doing the same job and you give an objective opinion based on facts defining the support. You can't do a credible criticism, when you ignore how and the amount of work is needed to have the job done, the confines and obligations it asks, the pressure, the feedbacks etc.
I'm not saying that we should all shut up. It's good and vital for a comunity to share his thoughts.
But, before saying an author is shitty, people should try to understaind how this world works. Kishi still can be considered a rookie mangaka since it's his first series. Besides he never went to the assistant "path" who could give him some prior experience. (Like Eichiro Oda, or Takehiko Inoue) So him making mistakes is natural.
(For example, if the chapter is full of story holes or contradict some said previously, it's the job of the editor to light those points to the author in order to fill them. So it's as much the fault of Shonen jump and shonen in general for his global lacks of story control)
Its pretty funny when certain people think that their fanfiction (trash) is better than the actual manga.

The "Let's See You Do Better" logical fallacy is always the go to defense for fanboys such as yourself so I'm going to tear it down in three paragraphs.
Nobody should have to make something themselves in order to criticize it,you don't have to be a chef to criticize a dish for being terrible.Neither should you be a writer or artist to have permission to criticize someone who is,otherwise nobody would be able to criticize anything ever.
Which is pretty damn stupid.By your logic nobody has the right to criticize something if they don't do something similar.
The fans made this manga reach the levels of popularity it is today,so blaming them for Kishi's average writing skills is pretty damn stupid. We have no control in the writing room so get out of here with that shit, without us Kishi's series wouldn't be popular enough to have ass kissers like you around.
In short this thread is basically a "Stop criticizing the things I like guys!" thread,it's a waste of space for a series that has long since ended.
People are allowed to criticize the manga now that there's no more to add, deal with it.

Fanfiction is in fact better than the manga. Look at the anime fillers [they're essentially fanfics], they make the show way better than the manga due to fleshing out many aspects that kishi fails to develop. Lol
I've seen suggestions of how this manga could have been changed for the better, and those suggestions are by far more interesting than the things kishi writes up
Fanfiction is better than the actual manga... Seems legit.
It's pretty funny how certain people think you have to have expertise in writing to criticize a story.
Keep on fanboying though.![]()

And these very animes also make people hate the manga when they keep overusing stupid tropes which manga uses much less.
As for fan fiction - if the writers were that good they would be writing original stories and creating their own verse. It's like saying a guy who downloads an original work by some other artists and adds a few filters on a a 300*150 size section of it to make an ava, is better than the original artist.
"Detached evaluation." That's the key word..
No one needs to be an expert to criticize anyone but it makes such opinions a little more interesting if they try to offer a critique rather than just criticism/ complaints etc for not getting their personalized fanservices.
Hating is as bad as fanboying- sometimes worse because fanboys are still into it because they obviously enjoy certain bits in it. Exaggerations like the title of this thread are bound to make people question validity of the criticism.
Fanboying... Im on a site called narutobase. That means that I think that naruto is pretty damn nice.
What?I didn't personally attack or flame anyone.Besides the fact they were double posts( breaking rules) they included personal attacks and flames. And now you are spamming again. If you have some personal issues with someone take it to VM. Do not start pointless flame and personal attacks here. Rest of the board doesn't need to get in to personal issues of either party.
Lol,it's funny you call me a hater when I've been reading/watching Naruto for 9 years.
Defending a series and calling anyone who offers legit criticism unworthy because YOU
say so are two different things.
You've done more of the latter.
Then again fanboys like to call people haters for simply having a different opinion from them,so are you one?
Better yet don't answer that, you already did it in this very thread.
So go ahead and call me a hater for disagreeing with you.

The anime gave Sakura more than one fight and background. Unlike the manga.
