Description: The user will form the hare and tiger handseals, channeling their chakra into an area 8 meters above the ground and form 4 shells of fuuton. The shells are each a meter in diameter and are visible through the green hue they give off. Just like an artillery shell, which explodes upon impact with the ground and sends shrapnel flying, these fuuton shells upon impact with the ground or a hard enough object will explode and send wind blades flying up to short range in every direction. Alternatively the user can also make the shells go off mid air without contact via chakra control and if done this way all the shells go off at the same time. If somehow not all of the shells go off at once, the tiny wind blade will collide with the remaining shell(s) and make them go off as well.

Note: Shells can only be made short range from one another
Note: Shells can only follow a fixed path downwards

Description: An elemental variant of the Wind Release: Destruction Shells technique. The user will form the ox and tiger handseals, channeling their chakra into an area atleast 5 meters above the ground and form 4 shells of raiton chakra 5 meters or higher from the ground. The shells are each a meter in diameter and are bright blueish in colour. Just like an artillery shell, which explodes upon impact with the ground , these raiton shells upon impact with the ground or a hard enough object will explode and send a blast of lightning up to short range in every direction. The blast is like many lightning techniques capable of paralysing an opponent for a short duration. Alternatively the user can also make the shells go off mid air without contact via chakra control and if done this way all the shells go off at the same time. If somehow not all of the shells go off at once, the blast of lightning from one shell will collide with the remaining shell(s) and make them go off as well.

Note: Paralysis lasts one turn if successfully hit

-Declined- By adding the manual explosion bit, you could create this around three meters away from someone, surround them and send lightning arrows towards them from every angle. Also, your wind one is easily counterable with canon techniques but this one isn't.

Description: The user spikes their chakra to their highest limits and condenses it, simultaneously and channels it into the ground, letting that chakra expand and spread out. The user using nature manipulation transforms forms a massive pool of water underground beneath the opponent, which erupts from underground. The sudden displacement and movement of water causes the battlefield to shake violently throwing anybody standing on the battlefield off their feet. The mass of water that erupts from underground has a radius of 10 meters. As it erupts it also destroys the earth above it Sending debris flying upwards in every direction.The erupting water also leaves a gigantic sink hole 10 meters deep with a 10 meter radius. The erupted water then begins surging into the air, carrying the enemy into the air along with it The target suffers damage from the sudden shock of the water destroying the earth and being hit by the water. As the water is going into the air, the user forms 4 handseals, creating 2 orbs of water from the rising water, measuring 3 meters in radius. One orb formed around the opponent and the other orb formed a few meters away. The orbs then proceed to come together in a quick and violent manner, crashing into one another. The crashing orbs capable of inflicting great damage to the victim. The orbs when crashed revert back to simple water falling back down. The water that had initially risen up also falls back down, going into the sinkhole forming a water source The release of such a large amount of chakra causes the user severe pain for a few seconds.

The trident then flies at the opponent penetrating their body. The trident takes about 5 seconds to form, giving the opponent some time to react. The water that had initially risen up also falls back down, going into the sinkhole forming a water source The release of such a large amount of chakra causes the user severe pain for a few seconds.

(Fuuton: Gachi Tameni Aeolus) l Wind Release: Grace of Aeolus

Description: The user will channel their wind chakra around them, bringing it together and manipulating it a thick sheet of wind. The sheet gives off a greenish hue and is very strong and durable yet being flexible as well. The size, strength and thickness of the sheet can vary depending on how much chakra the user inputs. It can be like a small .5m by .5m handkerchief to as big as 20m by 20m. The sheet is created short range but can travel up to long range when needed by the user. The sheet can be used to wrap around an object and move them, or push object out of the way. It can be used to catch large or small earth materials used by an enemy and throw them back at the opponent. Alternative roles it can play is acting like an umbrella over the user, a make shift bridge or a little fan. Overall the sheet is to act as a general battle aid with not much offensive capabilities. However it is capable of doing physical damage by smashing into the opponent or wrapping around them and squeezing. The sheet also requires constant focus and as such cannot use another jutsu while the sheet is being used.

-Declined- No to this being multi-ranked. Make it a B or A. It can reach up to mid-range, not long (so maximum it can be 15 by 15). It can't be used offensively. Reduce the usage limit to four if you make it a B-Rank or three if you make it an A-Rank. Remove the restrictions pertaining to the S-Rank version. Removed that last note as it was useless and it might cause problems.

This is merely to show it is a successful animal.

Raptors are not an actual bird, rather, the term Raptor is used to describe Birds of Prey (e.g. An eagle, hawk, falcon or owl) The actual animal that is tied to this contract is a recently found hybrid bird of prey. It is a hybrid between a Harris Hawk and Golden Eagle, effectively making it the first bird of prey that is cross-species. This special bird has yet to be truly named, simply being labeled as the Harris Hawk X Golden Eagle Hybrid. Other names my be used such as Harris Eagle, or Golden Harris Hawk, etc. For this reason with the lack of an official name, I have decided to use the term "Raptor" in it's place as it relates to both species. (NOTE – This is in no way to be able to patent all birds of prey, only this new cross-species hybrid.)
Due to being a hybrid between two different species, this new animal has effectively earned it's own unique species, and is therefore not related to the others. The case is fundamentally the same with Ligers and Tiglons and even Mules. A Harris Hawk's genus is Parabuteo. A Golden Eagle's genus is Aquila. The fact that they both are different make this animal have a new unique genus.

These Raptors share traits from both Harris Hawks and Golden Eagles. The birds plumage colors are much like a Harris Hawk but much more dense like an Eagle. One of the benefits for this is that cold weather is no issue at all for them. This bird has slightly longer feathers down the leg, with the feathering looking much more like a Golden Eagle's, down to the base of the foot. The biggest difference is the immense power of their feet. The foot is heavier, virtually Harris Hawk-like but thicker like a Golden Eagle. Its interesting to note they appear to be much larger than their flying weights. Also, this cross species seems to have an innate hunting nature, where it would hunt rabbits very naturally, and would rather hunt along with other's than fly to a fist. Naturally, this bird has excellent vision, a common trait amongst hawks and eagles.​

Background and General Information in the RP:


During ancient times, the skies were a battlefield of mass destruction. Hawks, Eagles, Falcons, and Owls waged wars on one another to prove their dominance. The battles were brutal and endless. Each side faced several casualties. The 4 birds each had something to prove. As all were Birds of Prey, it was only natural for them to find out which one was superior. So the ensuing battles led to horrible events on every side, even causing some of their kind to go endangered, or even extinct.

And just like any other cliched movie about war and separation, two special birds of prey met one another on the battlefield: a Harris Hawk, and a Golden Eagle. Tired of the constant war of the skies, the two began a romance and learned of the other's nature, traditions, customs. As the time grew, their bond grew, and their distaste for war did as well. In time, the two Raptors were exposed, and brutally exiled from each of their lands.

The only bright side, was that the two were now together. And so, the two lived together, and in time, and what was thought to be impossible, the two bore a child. The child become the two birds' beacon of hope. The child was taught of the traditions of both of his heritages. And in time, he learned specialized Hawk and Eagle techniques, and effectively managed to utilize his own adept version. Using the strength he was taught, and the wisdom he had gained, he led a group of all other Raptors, whether they be hawks, eagles, falcons, or owls, into the war and overcame the differences that rode over the skies.

And in the aftermath, each of the birds of prey had developed truces. In time, many of the groups began to work alongside one another, and even managed to grow their own families. And the legacy grew on. The Child continues to this day to teach his wisdom about the unity of the Raptors. He now leads the entire group of Cross-Species Hybrids of Hawks and Eagles.

The general habits of these Summoning Animals are as best described as nomadic who hunt on their own. The Raptors have several bases, located throughout the entire Ninja World, with at least one base in each of the great lands. Due to their new mixed customs, not much is actually known of them. Due to the open and peaceful relations that these new species have with the other birds of prey, the have open travel between the skies, having no set defined area.​

Those who sign the Raptor Summoning Contract must receive either a tattoo through which they Summon the animals from the contract or a scroll to summon the animal, like almost all other Summoning Contracts. This will be provided during training, and an image is provided in the spoiler below. The tattoo is placed in the center of the signer's chest or on the user's back. Blood does not need to be placed on the tattoo however to complete the summon.

Description:The user concentrates their doton chakra and stomps their foot on the ground. This causes a line of dust to rise, heading toward your opponent, traveling at a great speed. Once it reaches the target, the dust will erupt into a column of sorts, starting from directly beneath the target. The dust would be fine enough that it would be able to get into the eyes, nose, and mouth of the target. This would cause both vision impairment and breathing issues to arise from the target.
Note: Vision impairment will last 2 turns, unless dust is washed out somehow.

(Genjutsu: Haritsuke) Illusionary Art: Crucifixion

Description: The user forms one hand seal and places a target under an illusion. While under this illusion, the target would see and hear a large wooden cross rise out of the ground behind them. As the horizontal piece passes their arm/shoulder height, they would see and feel barbed wire gripping them at their wrist, ankles, and forehead and attaching them to the cross, leaving them suspended. In reality, the target would have their movements restricted would be forced to hold both arms straight at the sides and their head back.

(Katon: Ensho) Fire Style: Heat Wave

Description: The user forms a single hand seal in order to concentrate their Katon chakra. Using partial nature manipulation, the user converts their chakra into pure heat energy, which they then expel from every chakra release point on their body. This forms a blast of very intense heat, which can easily fatigue anyone caught in the blast radius. Because this is only a heat blast, no damage can be taken from this attack. As the heat blast travels, it will quickly cool, as it does not have a physical form to continue contain the energy. This means that the affected area is limited to short range only, although the heat can be felt up to mid range away.
Note: Fatigue causes 2 jutsu limit for the next 3 turns

Resubmitting. Last time I left out the damage part, because there was no damage to be given. But I fixed that for this time around. I also tweaked the wording on the first two, and added a restriction to the second one.

✦ Declined, for one, why is it multi ranked? And the description is a bit unclear, from how you're explaining it, i dont think Samurai will be able to use these or the latter ones, due to the shape manipulation part. ✦

Description:
Pyroar is a lion shaped puppet. It is mostly dark brown with light brown legs, tail tip, chest, and face. Pyroar has a large, dominantly red mane made of hair like fabric with gold streaks forming a pattern resembling the Daimonji symbol 大. Pyroars claws and teeth are made of extremely strong metal, and by channeling chakra into them pyroar can easily rip though A rank techs. By using the golden streaks of its mane pyroar can produce a stronger chakra shield that can protect against B rank techs. While pyroar is strong it, unlike other puppets, can transform to take a different shape. In its second form it goes from being quadruped to a biped. Its claws open up and rearrange into a clawed hand, its feet do the same thing. Its mane sifts around so it becomes a long pony tail that extends from the top of its head. Its mouth opens up to revel a face. Once in this form pyroar gains new abilities. Its first new ability is that it can shoot a fire ball from its mouth, when the fire ball impacts with any solid surface it explodes into a 大 shape. In its arms are two long tubes, much like the ones sasori has in his hands. from these tubes pyroar can unleash streams of fire but unlike sasoris these flames are weaker and are only B rank.

-Fire ball is A rank and counts as a move.
-flamethrowers count as a move.
-If used by a Sasori bio the claws and fangs are coated in poison.

Damage Points: Depends on what the opponent uses.
Description: This is one of the most complex techniques ever created, that would play mess with the opponent's chakra circulatory ststem. Generally, within a certain period of time (every move), a ninja can physically only perform a certain amount of techniques. Or in better words, he/she can only use a certain amount of chakra, which are the restrictions placed by one's own body. Exceeding which, he/she will feel the side effects of using the jutsus. This is the reason why most of the forbidden ranked techniques cause a certain damage to the users itself. The user of this technique will form a single handseal and channel his chakra into the opponent's chakra system. This can also be done by a simple hand gesture or an eye contact if the opponent is close (short-range) to the user. Just before the illusion kicks in, the user will hear the sound of wind whistling silently into his/her ears. The foreign chakra in the opponent's body will exhaust the opponent's capacity (make him think he has exhausted). In essence, it would look like as if it is self-replicating itself with the intention of exhausting the opponent's resources. For example, assuming that the opponent is allowed 100 chakra every turn, exceeding which he starts to feel the pain of damage to his body. This technique would consume majority of this capacity i.e. say 80 chakra, leaving the opponent with the option of using only 20 chakra. The moment he exceeds that, he starts feeling the mental damage. Using too much chakra would physically be impossible for him. The moment this technique is implanted into the opponent's system, he/she would feel slight tiredness as his muscles feel worked out as if he/she has done some work. Since the technique steals majority of the opponent's capacity to perform techniques, he would be limited to C-Rank and below techniques. Using B-Rank and A-Rank techniques is still possible but will cause the opponent to take mental damage (40 and 60 respectively). To him, it would feel as if his techniques have suddenly become stronger and hence he feels the repurcussions i.e the physical damage. But in reality, there is no truth to that. Using S-Rank technique is physically not possible. Bios which officially claim to be stronger can still use S-Rank techniques, but the repurcussions will cause them to pass out due to the extreme mental damage (80 damage). Performing Forbidden Rank techniques is physically not possible.
Note:
Works for 3 turns or until the opponent releases himself from the genjutsu.
Technique in no way causes the opponent to be paralyzed.
Can only be used twice.
Cannot use Genjustu techniques above S-Rank in the same or next turn.

Description: Over the years, shinobi have developed various techniques to counter the incoming attacks. However, the most useful counters has always been the unique methods used by the Kusagakure shinobi i.e. negating the attack by overriding a chakra present in the source. An earth attack of lower rank, coming from below the user could be countered by channeling earth chakra of higher rank into the ground and overlap the foreign chakra in the ground. Using this concept as inspiration, the user of this technique, another Kusagakure shinobi, created a generalized technique to counter majority of the jutsus. By forming a single handseal, the user channels his chakra into the chakra source and overrides the opponent's chakra in it, with his own and thereby negating it. It works best against wind and lightening techniques that the opponent throws at the user. When the user uses a technique (say a wind blade), the user will insert a higher ranked chakra (wind chakra in this case) into the technique and disperse it into its basic original nature (into pure harmless breeze in this case). Lightening and fire techniques (that does not contain matter, like flames of fire) will simply turn to nothingness. Earth and Water techniques will lose the opponent's chakra, but will still leave the matter behind which will continue its path following momentum.

Description: The user forms two handseals (Boar > Dragon) and channels his chakra into the ground in the entire battlefield. The user creates small snakes made of mud that act as parasites to emerge from the ground and capture the opponent. Initially these snakes are not visible as they are hidden just below the surface of the ground. They activate only when they sense the original source of the foreign chakra (the opponents) in their vicinity (short-range). The moment they emerge, these snakes coil around the opponent and hold them in place as the mud starts to solidify around the opponent's body as they travel up. The opponent would be unable to move around with his legs being covered in mud. Now this is not what they were primiraly made for. These mud snakes when they come in contact with the user's skin, it tries to enter the user's body through the pores of the skin. Tiny molecules of this mud enter the body and starts disintegrating the flesh by destroying the cells. But since it is a slow process, it takes 2 turns to actually destroy a limb.
- Single turn of exposure will cause the limb to be filled with mud, making it heavy, causing minor damages.
- This jutsu does not differentiate between allies and enemies.

Description: The user when in range, releases his earth chakra through out his body, to create a very thin layer of dust on his skin. This settled dust will separate from the user's body and attack the foreign chakra source (the opponent) as and when the user releases it with simple movements like a punch or even lifting the hand according to the user's wishes. The dust is purely cosmetic when it sticks to the user, as it blends with the user's skin color. This is because it contains his own chakra. To normal eyes, they might look like normal dust that is carried by the wind. But only a doujutsu user can see the chakra inside the dust particles. The user has a choice to mentally activate these dust particles similar to Zetsu's spore techniuqe. Should he not activate within 3 turns, the dust will become normal dust without any chakra in it. When activated, these dust particles attack the opponent in a sense that they stick to the opponent's skin and seep through it, into the blood. Tiny molecules of this dust which contains the user's chakra, enter the body and starts disintegrating the flesh by destroying the cells. But since it is a slow process, it takes 2 turns to actually destroy a limb. With a single turn, it will only petrify the opponent, still allowing him to counter it with any viable means. The quantity of dust that can be created depends entirely on the user. The user can at max create dust of the same volume as his physical body. But a handful of dust is enough to take care of a limb. The releasing of chakra throughout the body also acts as a chakra surge, which can get the user out of genjutsu. The downfall to this technique is that, it cannot survive in the rain or inside water.

Description: Microbots are incredibly small machines each roughly a centimeter to an inch in length and width. When in use they resemble the usages of Iron Sand or the basic Sand element moving in large swarms of microbots that form together to do varying things. These microbots can work together to form constructs in seconds.
The microbots are created within short range of the user but can be manipulated up to long range simply by thought. They can form anything imaginable such as blades, shields, golem/animalistic like constructs as well as be used for transportation. They move as fast as the user's base speed.

Description: this jutsu can be used only when there's big-sized chakra-infused flames short range from the scorch release user. The user will release pure scorch chakra from his/her skin which will be used to suck up the flames into the user's skin, without affecting it, then to the user's chakra system. When this is done, the user's skin will glow orange/red for the following three turns and this glow shows the presence of the absorbed chakra inside the user's body. During the said three turn, any A-ranked or weaker Scorch, fire or fire-based KGs won't deal damage to the user but the user can't absorb them till the reminder of the said three turns. The absorbed fire chakra can be used to strengthen the user's own fire and scorch jutsu for the three following turn of using this jutsu, however, the user can't use water or wind jutsus. the absorbed chakra can be used as chakra surge to break the user out of B-ranked or weaker genjutsu but it will need the whole amount of absorbed chakra to be used.

Description: The user will focus his chakra throughout his body while channeling his inner connection to the bats of his summoning contract. His entire body will become full black, from the eyes to the very clothes on his skin. He will then disperse as a group of bats, about 20 in numbers each the size of 5 inches in length and wingspan. These bats are essentially the user and can disperse as a mass to avoid incoming attacks to reform elsewhere into the user once again. They can fly as high as long range in any direction moving at the user's base speed. When attacking them the opponent needs to destroy each and every bat as if as much as one survives the user is able to recover and reform. It takes a minor strain on his body but nothing too serious. These bats cannot be used for bat controlling techniques however.

This clone can perform all techniques known by the user up to A ranked and counts towards the max 4 clones per turn rule.

Description: This technique pushes the limits of magnetism and how it affects the world around a user. It is essentially a 6th sense given to the practitioner that allows him unparalleled perception and control through magnetism. How it works is by the user carefully channeling Jiton chakra throughout his body to be expelled in the form of a sphere around his person, like a ball of chakra. This sphere will quickly grow in size to mid ranged of the user in every direction like a hamster ball of the sort. Now what this does is allow the user to not only project his Jiton chakra, but have it affect objects and beings around him by placing a polarity on anything thing caught inside this sphere, this polarity can be of either charges and is decided by the user before launching the technique. Being of pure Jiton chakra it is inconceivable by the normal eye, one would need to be a Doujutsu user or posses some form of sensing capabilities to be able to acknowledge this barrier type ninjutsu. Passively, as soon as an object or being enters this sphere and a charge is placed on it the user is almost instantly aware as the magnetism and the poles in the field are connected to his senses, allowing him a form of sensory, magnetic sensory. Being aware of any and all things in his field he can always stay one step ahead of the game, however, high amounts of lightning is capable of disrupting magnetic fields and as such S ranked and above not only disperses the magnetic sphere for a turn, but it renders the user incapable of sensing it through means of this technique. Simply put, S ranked and higher lightning is the bane of this technique due to its naturally destructive characteristics. Now the second side to this technique, is the ability to allow the user to manipulate objects caught in this magnetic sphere and posses a charge. By switching the polarity of his own body the user is able to push or pull any charged object within this field with mere hand movements, these pushes and pulls are nothing too severe but combined with the right elements and strategy can be deadly, these forces being exerted on the objects by the user is B ranked in strength and renders the affected object to be pushed or pulled at the user's exact base speed. This means, a Sage ranked shinobi with a speed of 8 being affected by a Kage ranked shinobi performing this technique will be thrown or pulled at the speed of 7. Also, for objects larger than what the sphere encompasses only what is inside the sphere can be affected, meaning a huge slab of Doton for example running directly through it up to long ranged the user is able to manipulate a mid ranged sized chunk of the technique and nothing else and similarly, if an object is moving faster than what the user can tack naturally he won't be able to keep up with it to manipulate it, he would be aware of it's presence within his magnetic field however. Description: Mizu no omo-sa is a fūin seal consisting of kanji that takes on the formation of a small square that uses water as a medium to trap their targets. It can be triggered after placing the seal on the opponent, in conjunction with a water technique released by the user, or by placing it on top of a water source of a certain size. When placed on a target and triggered, a small water source will burst forth from the seal as it simultaneously engulfs the opponent in water that forms into the shape of a square with the opponent in its midst. The process of engulfing the opponent within the water is swift, and upon forming the water greatly increases in density, preventing the target's movement as the seal drains away their chakra. This seal can also be used in conjunction with a water jutsu created by the user, triggered with an additional 2 hand seals, forcing the water technique to capture the target once they are within the water jutsu's midst creating a square whose relative size depends on the amount of water used. In this case, once the water forms into a square a larger version of the seal appears on one of its sides as its effects are triggered. With this application multiple targets can be affected by this fūinjutsu as long as they are within the waters midst once it forms into a square. The seal can also be created and placed on top of a liquid source with no disturbing movement, like currents within it. For example, a user made or already existing water source with the target in its midst, the user can then place this seal creating the square kanji on its surface activating its effects as long as the entire source is within short range. The seal gradually weakens with time hence why once activated it only lasts for 3 turns before disappearing and changing the water under effect back to its regular state. In the case of the water released from the seal, upon disappearing the water breaks formation and runs onto the battlefield.

Declined, albeit better. A few remarks. When used in conjunction with a technique created by the user, it starts taking its effect once the water forms into a square. I don't know a lot of jutsu, let alone water jutsus that have the form of a square. Does that mean: A) the initial effect of the used water jutsu does not occur and you simply use its power to create a square of water? B) the initial effect takes place and afterwards the water takes on a square form? You need to take these kind of things into account with fuuin techniques, as you state a specific event has to occur before you can perform the fuuin. Also: It's hard to visualize. It also won't happen to a water technique with a user in its midst as these are never stationary or have no disturbing movement. Think logically, you'll automatically need to have it in motion to force the user to react. Even if you use water gushing imprisonment, the user breathing or slightly moving in any way will cause it to be in motion. Just food for though.

(Fūinjutsu: Marionetto no finesu) Sealing Art: Marionette's Finesse

Description: Marionetto no finesu is a seal designed by Uzumaki puppeteers used to control puppets, inanimate structures, and elemental creatures devoid of chakra or utilizing foreign chakra of a certain rank. Similar to the Puppetry Technique in terms of usage, this seal can be placed on puppets before battle and activated when they are summoned where the jutsu will then stay active as long as the user has the chakra to fuel it. Although similar, Marionetto no finesu is more advance and unique than the basic Puppetry Technique due to its incorporation of fuuin and the art of puppetry. The actual body seal has a 3 inch diameter and it's composed of several kanji that takes the form of a ring. Once activated the seal gives the possessed vessel the ability to move at the user's will, but its most unique property is the fact that the seal also links the modeled body sensory parts of the vessel to the user acting as an extension of his own. For example, the user would be able to see and hear through a puppet that has eyes and ears designs, or elemental creatures modeled after animals, etc. In the case of puppets with special designs or elemental creatures based off of animals with heightened sensory, the user doesn't receive any stat boost from the sensory link whatsoever, but their sense can be more heightened while utilizing that particular vessel on the battlefield. By utilizing the ground as a medium while this technique is activated the user can pay 20 chakra points to create the seal around a stationary vessel in play, the vessel having to be stationary in order to give the seal enough time to form into a ring from the two starting kanji that appear on the ground on opposing sides of the target, its process being rather swifter for smaller vessels while taking some time for larger. Once the kanji connect and the ring is formed around the vessel a blue light will shine from the inside of the ring forming a column that places the seal on the body of the vessel inside which then gives complete control of the vessel over to the user. The seal requires the user's focus which prevents them from performing other techniques while utilizing this one, but unlike the Puppetry Technique this technique does not bound the users hands which means they would still be able to use physical techniques that require no chakra. A maximum of 6 vessels can be controlled at once, and the seal always appears on the nape of the vessels body. The medium of the seal must be destroyed in order to stop control of that particular vessel.

(Suiton: Ribaiasan no nigiri) - Water Style: Leviathan's Grip

Description: The user performs 3 hand seals while focusing their water chakra into a given location on the battlefield creating a large supply of water underground. At the end of the third hand seal the user will manipulate the water to erupt from the earth in the form of a large serpent that then proceeds to swallow the target(s) whole within its body that is composed of raging water currents. From the time the beast fully erects from the earth, a process that is rather swift, it becomes sentient with the goal of swallowing every target that is within short range of the spot it rose from. Targets that leave short range of the eruption spot can escape the serpent's bite, but while inside short range they will be honed in on. Inside the opponent will become disoriented as they combat against the raging currents that has its way with their body as they are tossed around relentlessly although at this point the jutsu doesn't deal any damage. The water serpent has a length of 4m and a width and height of 2m, and its true ability happens after the water serpent has engulfed its targets into its body. The serpent will then rapidly coil around itself forming into a large sphere of water with a 3m diameter, and inside this sphere the raging water currents continue to circulate, but this time numerous portions of the water are compressed into miniature needles creating a trap of water that shreds the target apart with continuous exposure. The technique is nicknamed the red egg due to the extensive bleeding the target undergoes which shows as the water used for the technique becomes stained red. Two turns of constant exposure will leave the target with numerous cuts and at the risk of bleeding out if not treated in time while a full four turns will leave the opponent on the verge of death as they try to move their tattered body. The technique lasts for four turns making raiton techniques the best jutsu to follow up with due to how susceptible the water element is to the currents.

-Approved- Edited slightly. Extensive description of what happens over the course of four turns wasn't really necessary since techniques like this almost never reach that stage. Since you maintain this passively over the course of turns, unlike Gushing Water Imprisonment this won't require active maintenance i.e. you can combo this with other techniques. A-Ranks require 10 chakra per turn sustain while S-Ranks require 15 chakra.

Description: Perhaps one of the most powerful techniques of the Dance of the Bearded Sage where the user will, through the conversion and release of an immense amount of chakra, empowers and manipulates hair to emerge from each pore on their body to create a construct fueled by the user’s chakra flow to essentially create a humanoid which encases the user’s body. The hair produced by the user’s body is incredibly versatile in the sense that it is capable of possessing different characteristics upon creation which can be changed in battle. It can be produced as firm and unbending hair, soft and pliable hair, or elastic hair capable of producing A-Rank physical damage. The humanoid will essentially accentuate the user’s movements. For example should the user run forward the construct will respond the same producing the identical movement and speed. The construct’s appearance can vary aesthetically but essentially in its creation it will take the form of a large humanoid roughly up to three times the size of the user. The hair produced by the by the user’s body is infused with an immense amount of chakra; as such it offers the user incredible defensive capabilities for its duration. The humanoid construct is capable of defending against A-Rank elemental ninjutsu and S-Rank taijutsu. Should the humanoid be cut the user is capable of expending an additional 5 chakra to replace the lost body parts. Once activated, lasts four turns. Restoring the hair requires the user to expend one of their moves and 5 chakra. Upon deactivation the user will suffer exhaustion and be unable to use taijtusu up to A-Rank and will have lost two ranks in speed for two turns. The great amount of hair expelled from the user will cause them to experience a full body pain from their pores.

Description: This technique was specially made to be used on targets who have the ability to perceive the presence of chakra, energy, intentions, thoughts, life force, etc (basically perceiving living beings and/or objects/techniques) through special abilities they possess (such as sensory, dojutsu, passive forms of sensing or modes). After performing 3 handseals, the user induces their target in an illusion, disrupting the target's chakra system and the chakra within their brain. The victim would then be lead to believe that they perceive additional things with their special ability that actually do not exist or do not seem the way they are. Those things are perceived in the same manner as they would normally perceive things with their special ability, and because of that, they wouldn't be able to tell whether they are real or not by solely relying on their special ability. The user cannot hide the presence of an object/jutsu/shinobi away from their target, but they can, however, overwrite them to make them seem different. An example is overwriting the way a target perceives the chakra flow within any shinobi's body, making the target believe that said shinobi has a different chakra signature/chakra flowing differently than it actually is, and could perhaps be a different shinobi from the one they were fighting moments ago. What they additionally perceive could vary from living beings to jutsus. An example of this could be to make them believe that there's someone or a technique present on the battlefield that cannot be perceived with their normal senses, but that can still be perceived with their special ability. The user can, for example, create an illusionary presence of a shinobi on the terrain or ninjutsu attacks that actually don't exist. This illusionary technique also has a more offensive alternative, where, instead of trying to deceive the target with few false presence of things, the user causes their target to perceive an uncountable number of false presences at once. The amount of things they believe to perceive will fill their brain with too much information for their brain to handle. So much so that they would be struck by agonizing pain that causes a painful headache, which would also paralyze them in place (as in, unable to walk/run). This disables them from concentrating on stringing more than 4 handseals and hinders them from performing techniques of higher levels (Genjutsu, Fuuinjutsu, Medjutsu, and S-Rank techniques). Before performing this technique, the user must have reasoned beforehand that the person they wish to put under this illusion relies on an ability different from their 5 senses or is using one of their 5 senses to an extent an average shinobi can't do in order to perceive the presence of things on the terrain.

Description: The user releases a surge of wind chakra from their entire body then performs 2 handseals to further control this released chakra to create one or multiple (up to 4) waves of wind within the user's short range vicinity. One of these waves would be made for the purpose of levitating the user. These waves can be controlled to move above ground surface. The wave can be used while standing on a surface (or even under water) or while already airborne. As the user rides this wave, they'll be able to control it in order to freely move around the terrain and also cause this wave to levitate them in mid-air while they're standing on top of it to freely move above ground surface (basically achieve flight). The wind wave's size could vary according to the user's wish, but, if a single wave was made, it will never exceed the size of the wave made by Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave (so 2 waves would be half in size, etc). The waves that aren't levitating the user can, upon creation, be immediately directed to attack the user's desired target(s) from multiple directions, intercept techniques, and the likes, while the wave that serves for levitation can remain below the user's feet in order to help them move in mid-air for several turns. Although the wave below the user serves for the purpose of flight, the user can control it to approach their target and eventually cause the wave to crash on them. That would, however, cause the technique to end.

-Declined- Currently it seems like nothing more than a variant of the mentioned jutsu. Gobi has an earth version of Exploding Colliding Wave, so I don't doubt elemental variants existing. I'm not a fan of elemental variants of canons. Try to make this more unique. Also, don't you already have a technique which allows you to do this (Sneaky Jet of Wind)? Almost forgot. No to the full body surge thing, this technique doesn't require one. Find another way to break Genjutsu.

Description: Upon making four brief hand-seals the mokuton user will clap their hands together and mould large amounts of mokuton chakra and direct it beneath the opponent. Where the opponent stands and 5 meter radius around them, a humongous arm with long thick branches for fingers will burst forth from the ground launching the opponent into the air. The user then will proceed to grab tightly onto the helpless victim in mid air and by violently vibrating their chakra within the wooden arm it causes a compact explosion, decimating the victim.

Description:
The User channels their fire chakra into a small tool like a Kunai or Shuriken that they are holding or one that is within Mid-Range (Kunai that have been left on the ground etc). They can throw it at their target to begin with if they are holding the tool but after they do they will make a hand seal and the fire chakra will erupt around the tool and form a flaming aura giving them the ability to set anything the first thing on fire that it touches. The Fire also forms wings giving the ability for the user to manipulate the tool to flutter in any direction they like and when in position the user will make the fire explode and send the Kunai in a desired direction or simply disperse the fire so it drops. This can be used with explosive tagged kunai as long as they are attached with a metallic string to the kunai so it isn't affected by the fire around it nor the string - when the fire explodes however the tag will too making a larger explosion.

The Sister Technique to 'Fire Release : Fire Fairies', it uses the element Wind and can also be used in Combination with it's Sister. The User channels their wind chakra into a small tool for example a Kunai or Shuriken that they are holding or one that is within Mid-Range (Tools that have been left on the ground etc). Razor sharp wind will then spin around the length of the tool and allow it to float, it can then be aimed in a certain direction and it will shoot towards them as a small drill of wind, the drill is pretty small as Kunai, Shuriken etc are as well, but it can embed said blade pretty deep into their opponent were it to hit. The captured tool can be repositioned and moved around before being shot at the opponent like it's Sister Technique. When used in conjunction with Fire Fairies, this can be used first or be used after; the Fire will be strengthened by the wind and will create a much stronger and deadlier B-Rank variant. When the Kunai Explodes due to 'Fire Fairies' effect it will create a much larger one, the explosion will be controlled in the opposite direction of where the Kunai is shot and can reach up to 3 meters, scorching anything in it's range in 2nd Degree burns.

The explosion is a five meter radius, with the rather large explosion, the lightning would naturally shock the opponent, numbing/paralyzing their body and limbs, and some of the shrapnel would be able to pierce the opponents skin, further augmenting its damage.

Gurēsushēbingu: Shaving Grace

Description: The Shaving Grace is a pair of gauntlets that are connected by 2 black armbands to the user's arm on the palm side and sharp golden spikes made out of a strong and resistant chakra metal going down the other. The spikes start at the users forearm and surround it all the way down to the wrist[/B] and continues down to each individual finger however there are no spikes on the palm side of the hand, so as not to disrupt handseals. The spikes are connected to a flexible material with the parts that go down the fingers having small bands on the palm side so that they move with the users fingers. The Shaving Grace works by utilizing the high vibration used to make lightning chakra and channeling it into the gauntlets. This makes the gauntlets vibrate at a high rate with the high vibrations of the spikes moving back and forth making them function similar to a chainsaw when used.Due to this the user is able to painfully tear and rip the flesh from an opponent upon contact and even shred normal metal objects due to the the immense shredding power given. Since a large amount of lightning is channeled into the gauntlets to achieve this, the gauntlets each have the cutting power and chakra of A rank lightning however this does not mean that combined they are S rank. When activated the gauntlets make a sound similar to a chainsaw and due to the vibration the users handseals are slowed if they are activated while doing handseals.

-The shredding ability can only be used a total of 3 times each needing a 2 turn cool down
-To use the ability of the gauntlet, the user spends a move each time. The gauntlets don't have the shredding effect active at all times.

Description: The Trident of Neptune is a 5 foot tall golden trident that is easily able to be wielded with one hand. Passed down from generation to generation of what is thought to be a mythical undersea race, it carries with it several abilities that aid the user in battle.

Mother Earth's Call: There are two small seals that are located near the bottom of the staff portion of the trident. Though small, the ancient users of this staff used fuuinjutsus ability to seal limitless amount of an object into even the smallest seal, and thus sealed a grand amount (the equivalent of two Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave) of water into it in case one of their fighters was ever stranded without his strongest ability. When the seal of the trident is slammed onto a surface it releases the built up water in an omnidirectional wave that the user is able to ride on if he is chooses. This ability has the strength of an A rank and the user must spend 30 chakra to activate it. The user may use the seals one time each (total of two uses for this ability as a whole). After each usage, the user must wait one turn before using another ability of the Trident or using this ability again. This counts as one of the users 3 moves per turn

Piercing Justice: When thrown at an enemy, the Trident releases a thin tether of water that wraps around the user's hand and is able to be coated with a sharp layer of water chakra that leaves it able break through S rank fire and water techniques , A rank Wind and Lightning and B rank Earth techniques. Through the tether the user is able to send chakra into the Trident to perform this move, and is able to accurately control it's flight. The user must expell 30 chakra to use this ability each time and may only use it two times. After using this ability once the user must wait one turn before using this or any other ability of the Trident. This counts as one of the users 3 moves per turn

Dweller in the Depths: With the push of a small button located near the middle of the of it, the Trident will release an extremely thick and humid mist up to long range in size that is filled with the user's chakra. Due to the extreme amount of humidity and therefore moisture in the mist, the use is able to use said moisture for his own water techniques up to B rank. This ability requires 40 chakra to activate and can only be used once per battle. Once used, the user must wait 2 turns to use another ability of the Trident and can only use 1 other Jutsu in the turn that this is used.

-Declined- First ability is fine, second one isn't and the third one could be if you use the same method as the first to accomplish it. I actually remember you submitting the first as a Fuuinjutsu technique ages ago.

Description: This is an advanced sealing technique which is a derived application of hand seal casting. In the academy, every shinobi learns of the twelve basic hand seals; Saru (Monkey), Tatsu (Dragon), Ne (Rat), Tori (Bird), Mi (Snake), Ushi (Ox), Inu (Dog), Uma (Horse), Tora (Tiger), I (Boar), Hitsuji (Ram), and U (Hare). They are necessary for many forms of nin and genjutsu and a shinobi learns to weave these seals to the point of reflex when forming the correct sequences for techniques. This technique takes this principle to a higher level and allows the user to invoke the seals without the need of their hands. The seals are gateways to aid chakra manipulation, with that in mind, this technique was created so that a shinobi could manipulate their chakra without the need for weaving physical hand seals, they could merely utter the words to invoke the seals’ necessary function for a specific jutsu. A seal is prepared beforehand on the user’s body with the kanji for each animal written in a circle and the center being the kanji for seal. With the addition of chakra the seal disappears and is infused into the user’s chakra. The circle is symbolic of natural flow, no matter what the sequence of seals are, when activated the chakra for any specific technique will flow properly for the technique they wish to execute. Instead of hand signs, the user will learn to activate their chakra purely by call alone for any type of jutsu that requires hand seals. For specific abilities the user may specialize, they may not even need to utter the names but activate them internally by invoking the seal and their natural skill in chakra control for the ability.
Note: This technique is not, in itself a full body chakra surge and therefore cannot be used on its own genjutsu, however one can activate techniques as such with the jutsu.
Note: Once implanted the user may use this seal instead of casting physical hand seals (only basic 12), however when using this seal it takes up one of the three moves per turn and is therefore a drawback of the seal.
Note: A shinobi’s verbal casting is just as fast/equal to their ability to form the physical hand signs. Being able to speak faster does not translate over.
Note: Should a shinobi possess specific specialties (two elements) in their bio, they may use this technique without verbally speaking the seals but only three times per battle, and doing so will require a two turn cool down per use before using this method of casting seals again. After using all three, the user must revert to verbal usage of the technique again and all hand sign casting rules apply.

Firstly, add a handseal or two before channeling chakra. And secondly, you need to clarify certain aspects of this technique. If it's active for so long while being able to summon ghost skeletons at any point and anywhere, this needs to be toned down severely, not to mention it goes up to long range and covers the entire battlefield. Clarify the usage of the skeletons and give it limitations - can they work offensively? If only defensively, there needs to be restrictions and emphasis on the rank and limitations of it.

Description: The user will perform the Tiger, Ox, Boar, and Dragon handseals. With their hands together they will channel a large amount of Katon chakra into both of their hands and then form a large blade of fire. The user must hold the blade with both hands or else he will lose control and the jutsu will dissipate. The large blade takes the form of a large traditional sword that looks much like a giant claymore. The sword reaches long range and is about 3 meters in width. It is capable of cutting through rock/ground or solid objects as the blade itself will gain a solid property due to the users manipulation of the chakra; moreover, the heat is still lethal to enemies who approach the great sword of fire. When the blade is forming it extends from the users hands and out toward the desired direction (it does not appear out of then air.) Ninja's with Katon as their primary specialty can hold the blade with one hand.

-Declined- A lot to read for technique which just creates a fire sword. Clashes with numerous techniques. The ones that come to mind include Scaze's Agni's Breath and Shinta's Fire Daggers (not sure if that's the actual name).

Description: The user performs the Ram hand seal. Afterwards the user can gather a great amount of raiton chakra in their body and release it in the form of an electrical aura. The great amount of raiton in the aura causes the air around the user to very quickly increase in pressure and temperature. This cause the the air around the user to rapidly expand and explode outward in a short range radius from the user while creating the sound of thunder. The electrical aura protects the user from the briefly high pressured and temperature.

Restrictions:
Can only be used 3 times
Can only be used by those taught by Kooljay

-Declined- Approving this would be like signing your death warrant. I'm tempted. Though really, the temperatures you would have to heat the surrounding air to in order create thunder is phenomenal. This isn't viable in any way whatsoever. DNR.

Because they are deep underwater, the water applies a great deal of pressure which immobilizes the opponent and creates a large amount of stress on the brain. Outside the illusion, the target is immobilized and gasping for air on the ground.

Description: The user performs the hand seals Dragon, Monkey, Ox, and Bird. Then the user can either create a medium sized meadow of flowers or manipulate already existing ones. While controlling the petal with ones chakra, the user has the petals come together to form a dragon(similar in size and shape to Water Dragon Bullet). Next the user then manipulates the Petal Dragon dash towards the target and consume them. While consumed the target receives cuts from all angles all over his body by the razor sharp flower petals that make up the Petal Dragon.

Restrictions:
Can only be used twice
User must have mastered Hana Ninpou
The User cannot use another Hana Ninpou technique for 2 turns.
This jutsu only lasts 1 turn
This is not Mokuton.
The Petal Dragon can only be created within short range of the user.

-Declined- "This is not Mokuton" is a filler restriction, its not needed. If I'm perfectly honest, the canon techniques this skill has are all minimal and their creation is iffy. I don't think you can create these. I need to talk to another mod about how we'll check customs for this field henceforth. This skill needs to be clarified in terms of how it can be used since right now I can see this escalating into a pseudo-Plant Release. Also, this doesn't conform to the feel of the petal techniques. All of them are C-Rank and fairly simple yet your technique jumps straight into an S-Rank Dragon which is merely a variant of canon technique.

Description: Munringu is a ninjutsu that utilize the Earth and Lightning Element. The ninja manipulates 6 small sphere-shape balls (the size of a goofball) made of earth into a circular formation and combine electricity. They balls are propelled - using chakra to manipulate them - by the ninja to strike the target. The force of the attack can knock the target backwards. The electricity will shock the target, adding to an paralyzing effect.
Restrictions:
- Paralyzing Effects Last 1 Turn
- Only Taught By Anubis

-All Declined- Template is wrong for all of them. They would be Fire, Earth/Fire and Earth/Lightning respectively and they all lack sufficient detail for me to assess them properly. As they are, they can't be approved. The concepts themselves are generic and have been done in some form or another.
