Lets look at the distance Sakura makes with 1 leap. The punch made the clone go flying with enough speed to zoom passed Naruto and Sasuke. With 1 leap Sakura makes up almost the same distance with her speed.

In the aftermath of the punch we see Sakura in front of Naruto and Sasuke looking almost like a dot indicating how far of a distance she made. They are seen covering themselves from feeling a bit of the shockwave of the punch but of course with the distance she made they weren't in range of the attack.

Even if her brain could regenerate she wouldnt be able to fight as the brain is much different from other organs. The brain stores information over time and if new brain tissue was made then all that information would be lost.

We do not know. Fans try to act like they know more than the characters themselves but the reality we don't. But since both sides have no firm basis (even though the ones who say it can be regenerated, have a small manga base compared to the opposition). So we can't claim anything on the topic, except just let it go, or ask kishimoto in interviews.

Not to mention that form of the Juubi was UNSTABLE, as Zetsu said, w/ all the Bijuu trying to pull apart from each other. Yet Sakura fans insist her being able to stale against a being that's falling apart amounts to something.
