Yin Seal makes the regeneration process way faster than normal humans.
Every human being regenerate by creating new cells, but after some age this process becames slower than the aging thus the person dies.
Yin seal makes this regeneration process faster than normal human and allowing the user to stay alive in dire situations, but since there is a limit of producing new cells it shortens life span of the user.
Yet the brain fonctions different than the rest of our body, the cells in our brains cannot regenerate with the exception of some small parts of it. Which is the reason the people with a Yin seal cannot save themselves from Brain damage, it will be ineffective for Brain.
