If Kishimoto wanted Naruto to be the 7th Hokage so damn badly he shouldve just made Danzo the 6th officially and then had Sasuke kill him.

I. You need to think about it in a universal standpoint. Think back to how Naruto reacted when Gaara became Kazekage, feelings like that will happen.
II. It's a fifty fifty question. Would you want to be led by a ninteen year old teenager, despite him being super over-powed?

Naruto and Gaara where already friends, and Naruto's whole thing was becoming Hokage so of course he was surprised a bit when Gaara became a Kage, but he didn't hate Gaara, he wasn't even jealous , he was happy for him.

Are you talking about the same Leaf Ninja that never sold Naruto out when pain was attacking? The ones that died and got resurrected by Nagato thanks to Naruto and then called him a hero? Or the Leaf ninja that started a war for Naruto and then got saved by said person they started a war for from Zetsus?

And didn't he lead the entire Shinobi Alliance for about 5 minutes during the war?

I agree on your thread topic that Kishi basically reduced Kakashi's status to nothing. But I do have a few things to point out that you used as debate points -

I feel as if Kishimoto did Kakashi wrong throughout the ending of the manga. He literally became Hokage because they ‘probably’ felt a Nineteen year old Naruto wasn’t capable of running the village yet. Which is true, because leaving that responsibility to a teenager, even with his status among the Ninja world is still very irresponsible. Not to mention how the other Kage(s) would react to Naruto becoming one of the youngest Kage's in history, and he also would be able to destroy them with little to no difficulty.

Kishimoto also wrote an entire novel to make it seem as if Kakashi was useless without the Sharingan, explaining to Tsunade/Naruto that he can’t even use Raikiri properly. Really?
Kakashi the student of Minato was left with nothing and had to create techniques on his own (before Sharingan) post Sharingan, he still had nothing but the supposedly 1,000 Jutsu(s) he had and the dog summoning which aren’t really that useful outside of tracking.

In regards to how the other Kage would feel about Naruto, they wouldn't have any objections in the slightest. Not even the Raikage, whos known to be hotheaded and would usually resent such an idea. But Naruto proved his worth to every single Kage during the war, particularly the Raikage, which would go far for the other Kage. Making Naruto hokage at that point would be rash on the count of his age, but if its the opinion of others that you think would be keeping him from it then you are mistaken. -Also, if Naruto could destroy the other Kage at such a young age, do you really think he's going to get weaker as he matures and grows?-

Now, on to Kakashi. It is true, that in some regards, Kakashi is nothing without the Sharingan. The only feats we can give Kakashi without the Sharingan are what we saw in the Kakashi Gaiden - thats not a bad thing either. Kakashi was shown to be a genius, excelling far beyond his years. Things changed however when he acquired the Sharingan. No, logically Kakashi SHOULD NOT be able to use the Raikiri without the Sharingan. He wasn't able to use it properly without it before, and was only able to use it properly with the aid of the Sharingan. Naturally, he also wouldn't be able to use just about any other jutsu we've seen him use. Just really think about it:

Kakashi had the Sharingan at a very young age. ANYTHING he learned after the fact he no doubtably used the Sharingan for at least a little help in the learning curve. You take the Sharingan away in his young years, sure, he would have plenty of time and energy to lean on his own skills and strengths. But Kakashi had been leaning on the Sharingan for so long that when it was taken away there is simply no time left for him to go back and figure out what his own talents were in the first place. The Sharingan allows the user to copy jutsu. That does not mean the user knows how to use it permanently. He needs the Sharingan activated.

1. I merely pointed that out to showcase how a young leader would be introduced so early, I just personally felt as if Naruto was not mentally ready to become Hokage yet, whilst Gaara was more of the serious type, he was slowly prepared to lead the nation. Naruto was still are goofball, but I think he personally changed during the time between the Last -- and him becoming a father.

You're right.. I absolutely agree with you.
I was a big big Kakashi-fan but Kishi f*cked everything up with the last 30? chapters of this (once awesome) manga. But it isn't just the loss of the Sharingan and skills like Raikiri or Kamui what made Kakashi an useless fodder.

The real destruction of "Kakashi Hatake" began when he lost his eye to Madara. I have to say that I was one of the biggest Maddy-Fanboys in the world.. but I absolutely HATED this eye-move. It was just unnecessary.
So.. then.. the next big failure of Kishimoto was this stupid "Obito-comes-back-from-the-dead-and-gives-Kakashi-double-MS-with-OP-Susanoo-thing". This has nothing to do with the "Naruto" we read all these years with joy. Even while Kakashi lost his Sharingan.. Kishimoto could've made him still useful without screwing everything up.. because Kakashi was by far one of the smartest people in Narutoverse.. but he didn't care.

So Kakashi got some temporary OP-Mangekyou Jutsu which didn't make any sense. I mean.. perfect Susanoo with Kamui-Shuriken? This itself is already f*cked up.. but also used by a non-Uchiha? That was just... no, just no. Why Kishi?
That gave Kakashi his last 5 Minutes as an completely overpowered character in a story which was once about ninjas and changed to a stupid DBZ-copy story about aliens/Ootsutsuki.

There was NO NEED for the Ootsutsuki.
There was NO NEED for this f*cked up balance of power (Naruto > Sasuke > Universe > Kakashi)
There was NO NEED for Kakashi first losing his Sharingan, then getting double Mangekyou for a few minutes with ridiculously overpowered jutsu and then losing it again and becoming the weakest (Ho)Kage in history.
