*Btw KakashiBase I'm not bashing you guys, I'm merely just ranting on the character because Kishimoto did him so wrong.
Also this is long so if you don't like to read, you can just read the conclusion.

I feel as if Kishimoto did Kakashi wrong throughout the ending of the manga. He literally became Hokage because they ‘probably’ felt a Nineteen year old Naruto wasn’t capable of running the village yet. Which is true, because leaving that responsibility to a teenager, even with his status among the Ninja world is still very irresponsible.
Kishimoto also wrote an entire novel to make it seem as if Kakashi was useless without the Sharingan, explaining to Tsunade/Naruto that he can’t even use Raikiri properly. Really?
Kakashi the student of Minato was left with nothing and had to create techniques on his own (before Sharingan) post Sharingan, he still had nothing but the supposedly 1,000 Jutsu(s) he had and the dog summoning which aren’t really that useful outside of tracking.
Lastly, Kakashi’s reign as Hokage did not even matter because the Shinobi Alliance banded together to defeat Obito-Tobi/Madara/Black Zetsu/Kaguya, and then Naruto/Sasuke established themselves as good rivals once more. I doubt any other village would try to attack Konohagakure after hearing that Naruto the boy who defeated Madara, and Kaguya with Sasuke resided there. Not to mention Sasuke Uchiha would appear at the enemy village in his road to redemption and destroy them by becoming a one minute Pain-copy "You shall know pain" and yata yata.

Conclusion:
I watched Naruto the Last and watching Kakashi as the Hokage was pretty pitiful. When Kakashi was speaking to the other Kage’s he seemed to disappoint, as if Kakashi was too uninspiring compared to the other Kage’s. The Hokage is supposed to be the strongest person in the village but in no way am I saying they have to. Though when an enemy appears to destroy or harm the contents of the said village, you would want the Hokage to be the one leading the army or taking charge to destroy that said enemy singlehandedly.
The worst scene was when Kakashi was standing in the side lines while Rock Lee, and the other shinobi destroyed the meteors while he stood there looking depressed. Not to mention the meteor scene where Sasuke appeared and destroyed the last piece of the meteorite and then teleported away and then Sasuke stated: “If that guy isn’t here, then I’ll have to defend it.”
Literally saying: If Naruto isn’t here, Konoha isn’t safe completely.
Kakashi was one of the best characters in the manga hands down, he was/is a legend in the anime world. I’m just sad to see such a great character become a shadow of what he once was, Sharingan or not.
