And another good point I seem to have somehow overlooked. Tsunade is in menopause. She can't reproduce. Not just her natural age, her age accelerated by Byakugou would reduce her chances of reproducing to almost 0. Basically her even having a kid would be an a**pull, let alone one with mokuton.

As for Naruto, I doubt he can do that either. Almost all of the kekkei genkai he showed in RSM mode had a relation to the bijuu he had befriended. The only bijuu to possess mokuton would theoretically be the juubi/shinju, which Naruto doesn't have.

Wrong Tsunade is the last Senju and the only person that can use wood jutsu is Naruto Uzumaki via the SO6P IN Him and Ashura,that leaves Captain Yamato who’s DNA mix with the First Hokage. Tsunade is now 50+ closer to 60 by chapter 700 leaving only two people to pass on that power to their descendants Yamato and Naruto,Boruto and His Sister may have it either active or dormant time will tell. CReation Rebirth is a superior medical jutsu, Hahsirama wasn't a medic as Tsunade was, he would just heal himself without using seals.
At first Tsunade needed seals to regenerate, but now it instant via byakugou mode.

Her transformation jutsu is more than an illusion or she'd be as bad as onooki.

That proves nothing, menopause is not fixed for a certain age, its different for each woman, and considering her heritage...no one knows when she is actually considered an old woman.
