so based on what your saying asuma, who has a wind affinity, can use gaaras jutsu in the exact same manner, even though he can not enter stage 1 of shakaku, which seems to be a prerequisite for gaara to even use the jutsu.

thats a very intelligent deduction, if we were in kindergarten

Asuma didn't have talent to really use jutsus with wind element. He's just focusing chakra into knives.

Gates are a different level as they actulley give you the power of kage.

and the anbu are not kage level ninja.
there are ninja whose rank doesnt represent there talents. for example naruto is still a genin, and he did very well agaisnt pein. he who was far stronger than your average s-class ninja / kage since he was both.

point being, your rank doesnt always represent your talents. so saying that all kage are faster/superior to other ninja interms of performance is a faulty statement.

don't be a complete idiot this RPG is based on naruto, so it only makes since that events that happen in the manga affect how the rp goes.

and i noticed that you stopped defending your lousy claim of kage are faster than everything. And thats more than likely because you have nothing that can prove it.

and balanced speed for everybody is a limit, so i think you are the one who has the issue with limits.

So what you're now saying is that if I'd have Pein, Sasuke, Sage of Six paths or Naruto bio I could be able to lead the whole base due to my character is strongest or fastest on RPG and can't be beaten even though I wouldn't know A SHIT HOW TO RP!

That depends on whether is opponent using speed boost like gates and stuff like that but yeah... It's the rank that counts in normal situations at NB.

We can argue forever about the wind bullet. Since no one has ever made it using handseals then how come you know that other people need to use handseals for it.
