It is because her whole body is stuck at surface of the rock like very strong magnet that suck and immobalize metal and steel from moving, ever watch a terminator 3 when T-X got stuck on magnetic coil, she unable to move a little bit, but what save her is metal cutting saw.

The mechanism is same here for CT gravity force on Tsunade body, more closed Tsunade to CT core more strong the force is apply on Tsunade's body.

And in no way she can move and apply her punching power. She will get seal like Gedo Mazo and die not long after

I didn't say she destroy it, she has enough srength to resist like naruto did.
