I thought you were dead!M'kay, so I assume you already went through the what is lightning and meditation shiz, so we can go straight to jutsu then.

Essentially, this is a pretty easy jutsu, containing the chakra is the most difficult part. Focus lightning chakra in each of your hands, and then shoot the lightning chakra forward while materializing it into actual lightning, so that two powerful blasts go towards your opponent.
*Your hands spark, but nothing comes out*
You didn't shoot the chakra out far enough, or quick enough. Shoot it out of your hand more quickly. If you don't do it quick enough, then there's a chance that the lightning won't even leave your hand, hence what just happened.
*The lightning shoots out all over the place, even shocking you yourself, and doesn't reach very far.*
This time it wasn't concentrated enough. When you expel the lightning chakra, make it so that it goes out almost as if you were shooting it through...... a tube. Of course, since it's lightning, it's going to be pretty crazy when you shoot it out, but you still have to contain the chakra enough so that when you shoot it out... that doesn't happen.
*Two blasts of lightning shoot out as I focus Raikiri in both hands. The jutsu all cancel each other out.*
While I wouldn't mind a bit more description, nice job. We'll go back to Raikiri and then Kirin after this, cause I'm gonna be a pain in the butt with both of those jutsu. >=)

Essentially, you focus chidori in your hand. When it hits something or when you push the chidori outwards, you spread the chakra in different directions to make giant lightning bolts that spread out from the original chidori.
