Restrictions: Jiraiya is out of the village, Gai can only go up to the sixth gate, Kakashi has 3T sharingan (no kamui) and katsyuu is restricted on Tsunade. As the title states, it's part 1 Konoha so that means the rookies and Naruto are in their part 1 forms.

Under these circumstances, could Sasuke destroy Konoha?

Scenario 2: Add Jiraiya in but the frog song is still restricted.

EMS Sasuke could well be just too fast since he existed in the time of Juubito and managed to track him.


The only Part 1s who could cause him trouble are Kakashi, Gai, Jiraiya and Tsunade. A combined attack from all four with the aid of last gen's Ino-Shika-Chou might be able to break through PS but then what? It'd certainly take their best efforts to even just do that and then they could be left vulnerable...

I suppose Inoichi could lie in wait for them to do that and then use Shinranshin but then we're posed with the question as to whether Sasuke can break free from it; and how long it would take.

No it isn't considering it isn't obvious that Lee can use the 6th gate in part one. Still part one 8th gate Gai has no feats to put him at 1/100 of MS Sasuke's power let alone EMS Sasuke who is far above Konoha.
