Re: Strongest of the Hidden Leaf: The Hyuga Clan FC

The thought of Hinata/Sakura teamwork really doesn't seem like teamwork..
Even if they're fighting a mob, at best the two would be expected to do what they always do.
Which is Hinata handling her own enemies, and Sakura handling hers..

It's hard to believe Sakura would fail to one shot someone/something and say "HINATA HELP ME KILL THIS THING!"
The only thing I can imagine is Hinata saying "Sakura-kun help me out with this one, please."

Even if they both have to struggle to take down one enemy, while battling it at the same time what would the two even be able to do in order to stop it using teamwork?

At best they'd be taking turns attacking it after the other fails...... I couldn't possibly imagine both Sakura and Hinata attacking one target at the same time.

Hinata's hands are practically everywhere, and Sakura is crushing the ground around her..
Though they can use other things, but the duo seems very awful..
Taking turns and fighting her share of opponents are forms of teamwork, mate. That is what I mean.
Against a mob, basic teamwork says finish your part, I will finish mine

Yup, then they'd have basic teamwork.
I just don't see anything special about it, such as Naruto/Sasuke being capable of fusing their justu, or any of those nifty tricks they've done in the past.

I guess it is rather easy to blame Kishi at this point, considering he developed many ways the males could battle together, such as Obito/Kakshi but never really cared to tend to the females.
All he's really shown was Sakura/Chiyo and that was at the start of part 2...

Re: Strongest of the Hidden Leaf: The Hyuga Clan FC

About Neji; I’m over his death at this point, and I’m unsure if I think the actual killing him off was disrespectful, but rather the fact that we never got to see Naruto fulfilling his promise to him after his death is just such a let down.

I understand when authors need to kill off their characters, but at least give closure to the character.

It would have been so easy to just insert a quick few panels before the scene with Hinata and Himawari at Neji’s grave showing that the Hyuga had been changed. This could have been as simple as Hinata leaving a office of sorts (which would presumably be her clan leader office) and as she’s leaving an assistant who is cleaning out the office calls out “Hinata-Sama, what shall I do with the curse seal scrolls?”

To which she would reply "You can throw them away. We won’t be needing them anymore." *door closes to reveal the hyuga clan symbol on it.

Then just cut to where the grave scene and you are golden, problem solved!

Neji’s promise is fulfilled.

But no, bolt being a moron is more important than that.

To speak Naruto's closure > Neji's.
As far as anyone/Kishi cares all of Hinata's children besides Bolt belongs to Neji.:coffee:

Thus the spawn of Naruto shall, and will always topple the other fodders, in panel time, skill, and development.
Amen!:coffee:

Teamwork is teamwork. No one is calling for a special one.

And that Nwji thing and the promise, I think changing the Hyuuga is like aby product of being woth Hinata. I dont know. We never see whether the caged bird seal is gone now. But as I see it, the Hyuuga Main and Branch arent really in conflict and everything is neutral. Heck Hiashi allowed an outsider to marry Hinata. I really think the Hyuuga is a changed clan now. And Naruto is a catalyst for this.

Naruto inspired Hinata to become better. Hiashi saw Hinata's growth amd came to acknowledge her.
Same as Neji being changed by Naruto and Hiashi understanding the burden Neji has been carrying. This made him repair ties between the branch and main.

Although I wish the Hyuuga could have been handled better.

Neji's death is still A Ok for me. It really served a purpose. Not a random thing.

Teamwork is teamwork, I'd just hope the two main females would have something more than the basic stuff.
And yup, Kishi neglected the Hyuuga just as much as he neglected the Uzimaki, but even more so considering he never stated their end result.

According to what I know Hyuuga were only explained once during the chuunin exams, and pretty much side tracked for Uchiha bs.:coffee:
I still fail to understand how Kishi neglected the Hyuuga so much if he A. planned a Hyuuga to marry the main character, B. had made them at minimum one of the top 6 clans, and C. Even showed us the trouble in the branch...

Who shows an issue, then ignores it's resolve....:coffee:

As far as them using teamwork, there is always ways for them to co-operate. For example, if you have Hinata throwing a flurry of strikes, she can set the opponent up for a ground pound, or move as Sakura approaches in from behind Hinata to deliver a strong punch.

Or vice versa, Sakura can set up for Hinata, smashing the ground getting the target airborne only to be stuck in the air against a Jyuken strike.

He never answered the biggest conflict within the Hyuuga clan.:coffee:
And nope, not frustrated D: I just "compensate."
I also give to "charity."

Now enough of that.:coffee:

Re: Strongest of the Hidden Leaf: The Hyuga Clan FC

And your biggest conflict would be???
The main branch treating the side branch like shit, or being unequal to the main branch.
I wonder, is there still even a side branch?:| There's Neji's father, dead, then there's Neji, dead, then there's his mother who's probably far too old to give birth.

What purpose would there be for a resolve when you give it thought.

Re: Strongest of the Hidden Leaf: The Hyuga Clan FC

Well yes it was never explained really.maybe you could continue hating it after watching the Last.

But really, more panel time for rhe Hyuuga, might as well make Hinata a main char.

I would have wanted more, but Im perfectly fine.
so do you think Hiashi knows their origin given he met Toneri? He even maybe disagrees with the marriage because he loves his daughter and wants now to break free of the prophecy thingy...

Imean that is the Last plot right.

Secrets of the Byakugan Ootsutsuki Tenseigan, maybe they all coincide with the Main and Branch family relations until hiashi off Paneled had a change of heart or something..

Heck

Hiashi already showed he respected Naruto during the War Arc?
