Pica clearly said that Zoro wasn't being serious around him which proves that Zoro has been playing around with him while trying to figure out his weakness. Just because your opponent is weaker than you doesn't mean that you should beat him instantly. Level of difficulty is mostly determined by the amount of struggle that you face while fighting someone not by the amount of time. You can be far stronger than someone yet you can fight him for days if you wanted to.
I can't see any kind of struggle from Zoro while facing Pica. Everything he has been doing is just playing defence and telling badass dialogues whenever he gets a chance. Oda is just dragging this battle for the sake of ending it before Luffy's battle.
As Riker pointed out, it is not like Zoro is playing around because he wanted to ,it's because he's yet to figure out his weakness so it should be considered as difficulty but It wouldn't effect the actual difference in their strength.
I am not looking for Sanji VS Smoker argument. I just wanted to know your reasons for thinking why Sanji > Smoker that's all.
