ohhh so it's about the bounties , and yeah i am not caught up with OP but is sanji really that weak that i can't compare him with zoro???

It was bounty. The 11 Supernova were the ones with 100 million or higher bounties upon reaching Sabondy.


Sanji and Zoro are always going to be relatively on par with one another.

The reason Sanji isn't one of the worst is because that would ruin his low profile, sneaky spy role of the crew.

Sanji always keeps low key working behind the scenes in every arc and that pretty much describes him as a character. If the marines were more aware of how he constantly saved the SH Crews ass when they're in a bundle he would be higher but he's not.

Luffy got his bounty from defeating opponents. Namely the warlords.
Zoro got his because he was already renowned as a pirate hunter so he already knew that, then just kept building on that alias.
Sanji however joined the latest of the m3, and with no special title. He wasn't even born in the sea he was recruited, so he had a fresh slate.

That's why Sanji is not a part of the Worst.

You guys are all debating Zoro vs Sanji. WE KNOW ZORO>SANJI

Sanji's a bad match for Zoro. The fight would end in a tie even though Zoro is stronger because DJ is white hot, hot enough to melt swords. Which would mean Zoro would have to dodge Sanji rather than take a full frontal approach like he usually does.

However the idiots believe Zoro would mid or low diff Sanji... This base is full of them! The Zoro wank is becoming unbearable, might as well start Sanji wanking all the time

I am not even sure if this response is serious or not. I don't get how people think that Sanji's fire can melt swords even after witnessing that something that can burn even fire can be stopped by a sword like

If it didn't burn Vergo's face in a surprised attack(never heard of his face being harder than steel), i don't see how it has high temperature strong enough to melt a sword anyway

Is there any problem? It is not like I am comparing admiral level Sanji with fodder level Zoro or anything. Lol Also, I wasn't trying to compare them. I am trying to say that it's possible to bypass/resist heat with haki.

How about these examples then?

Luffy's red hawk failed to melt Hody's body. I am pretty sure you guys are overrating the temperature level of Sanji's flames just because they can burn inside water. Luffy did the same if I remember correctly.

Sanji failed to burn Vergo's face.

Joker's over heat did not melt Law's sword.

Do people not realize that any half-decent fighter has a body many times stronger than steel? Why do you think Zoro can cut through steel like fruit, but never cleaves an opponent in half with his strongest moves? Don't get me wrong, I don't think Sanji can melt Zoro's swords, but it's not like Sanji not melting a person is proof that he can't.

Also, Overheat doesn't generate any heat.

Unless you're imbuing Haki into it, or the sword is made of an above-average strong steel, then a tough guy holding the sword won't make the sword just as tough.

Whatever, my point from the beginning and what I was trying to imply by posting that scan of Shanks and what I was trying to explain in all of my posts regarding Sanji melting swords is that it is possible to resist heat effect with haki. I am sorry for not being specific.

Sanji also would've been part of the worst generation if he was as stupid as Luffy and Zoro and always rushing into danger and trouble. Instead he stays in the shadows and does the heavy lifting to get everybody out of trouble. That's why he doesn't get high bounties, his picture doesn't get taken and people don't see him as a big threat due to a lower bounty. Meanwhile he fought equally strong opponents compared to Zoro from Arlong Park to Thriller Bark and stepped up his game after time skip to be more in the picture and doing more relevant stuff than anyone else except for Luffy in the crew.

So Sanji is the secret 12th Supernova that no one knows about, and it's perfect that way.
