Logical conclusion, having both halves effectively doubles the natural energy collected, making full-Kurama Naruto far, far above VOTE 2 Naruto. I can't make a simpler explanation than this.

No, JJ Madara is not "at least Rikudo Sennin level" He's at most Rikudo Sennin level, but there's enough of a gap there to put Rikudo above Naruto and Sasuke, and Naruto and Sasuke above Madara. Same general, broad level, but there are the high parts of it, and the low parts of it.

I can only use Six Paths and Sasuke's S/T (whatever is that called) and what Naruto's RSM has. Since mastery of techniques is subjective as best.

Without TB Chakra, Sasuke only has PS and other Six Paths. So Indra's Arrow and his enhanced powers are bunk. Only techs like his PS Chidori Senbons are viable. But there are definitely not as powerful as with the Tailed Beast chakra.

Yeah, Sasuke's techs are much stronger as he aged. But that reasoning is also valid for Naruto, as he was able to throw and control FRS at base as if it was a homing rocket. So the whole stronger techs is a pretty much laughable and circular reasoning.
