Madara has all the Jins and Senjutsu, in the end he has much stronger senjutsu than Naruto. Kishi just put BS in the data books to appease fans. But there's no way it's true looking at mangafacts
1 - Quantity /=/ quality (Madara forcibly uses the Shinju's chakra, while Naruto cooperates with the Bijuus. Just like Sasuke tried, Madara uses large portions of chakra to fight againts Naruto's "small", but effective portions), not to mention that even if more Bijuus equal to a better Senjutsu, Naruto has half of Hagoromo's chakra (while Madara has a portion so small that it doesn't enhance in the slightest his justus, so it's way smaller than the one DMS Kakashi has and irrelevant) which is the main factor since more Rikudou chakra = better Rikudou Senjutsu, since it's obtained by combining Rikudou chakra, Nature chakra and Bijuu chakra.
Also feats: Rikudou Senjutsu Naruto, without his chakra cloak, effortlessly overpowered JJ Madara in CQC and, with the cloak activated, was able to blitz Kaguya herself (who reacted to Amenotejikara, the same jutsu Madara repeteadly failed to react to).
To conclude this; Naruto is a Sage, Madara isn't. The latter obviously doesn't hold the same mastery on Senjutsu as Naruto does.
Also you can't simply state "databook puts that databook puts this" i could say the same for all of Madara's feats, this leads to nothing and doesn't have nothing to do with debates.
