Either way, Madara wins with minimum difficulty. He has Limbo that Toneri has no counter to, the gap in power the Juubi and Rinnegan can offer to Madara, and he has no counter to the Infinite Tsukuyomi either.

That was before he absorbed the Shinjuu and do you think Madara will just sit there and let Toneri hit him like he did with Guy? Even if he can sense Limbo that doesn't mean he can deal with them, 4 of them. Also, no counter for IT.

Naruto dealt with limbo clones just fine

Madara gers destroyed before he can activate IT. Seeing how Madara behaves, he'll underestimate Toneri and get thrashed

agree with everything except bold part, especially that you didn't specify which version of JJ Madara.

Anyway I would put Three eyed JJ Madara on par with JJ Hagoromo, but JJ DRG Madara would be still weaker, but the gap is really small.

Although I preffer to see JJ Hagoromo as supperior, due to Naruto && Sasuke performance against JJ Madara.

before posting I didnt read previous posts. But I know toneri dont have dojutsu so I said that.

If he can cut Moon then he is above Kaguya. But Maybe he just have abbility that applies on moon only

In the manga Kaguya used IT without the moon before in the past. IT on the moon is to have in genjutsu the whole world. (global) It can be used on a person like Kaguya did in the past. The moon isn't needed.
