Yes, Hinata is. Sakura did way more than Hinata, is stronger and has a better personality. Both of them fangasm around their love interest but Sakura is way more interesting and has more sides to her personality than the one dimensional alien Hinata.
No see here is where you are clouded. Sakura did way more than Hinata? Of course, she is a part of team 7, so it's obvious she was included in the plot more than a SIDE character like Hinata.
In my OPINION (in which I'm not trying to change you, but merely show you) between the both of them, at least Hinata has morals in terms of her love for a man. I mean it may not be perfect, but she would DIE for her man, against the world.
Naruto doesn't mentally and phyiscally abuse her.
In terms of Sakura she gets faced with that shit and stands up for her "man" yet even after all of that she had no self respect for HERSELF. Which in terms portrays her as a SHITTY female character.
