His feat is fought with Juhbi with his brother, do you understand this simple words
And you wrote 'fodder'. You know what is the meaning of fodder?
fodder is nameless or named characters that cant do much or contribution in fight, they always end in defeated or dies.
But Hamura fought with juubi for a period of time before he and hago sealed it.
That mean he also contribute there, where real fodders cant contribute anything significant.
What he fought is the proof of his feat, that said many thing than listing many feats here.

That can be implied into two meaning
1. You want to said, he is a fodder and also featless.
2. You want to said, he is strong, but lack feats, thus you said his feats is fodder but not Hamura himself

OK, if you made it clear in first reply, sure it easy for me to understand it.
Stupid ***** got saved by how many Jounins in that Chunin exam battle against Neji? She should have been killed then. She's a spec of dirt compared to Neji. She's above Sakura? Since when?

2 - Making an antidote to Sasori's poison without a recipe, to which, Sasori himself requires a recipe? I am not saying that, Sasori did. Thus saving Kankaro and making Gaara rescue possible? Heck, she kept Chiyo alive in the process. Albeit it was vice versa as well.
3 - Figuring out White Zetsu's infiltration of the medical camps, thus saving hundreds of medic nins, and thousands of soldiers in the process?
4 - Summoning 10% Kaguya with Tsunade, and creating foot-holds for the Ninjas, hence, saving thousands again?
5 - Learning the seal, which according to Shizune, is the pinnacle of Chakra control, making it possible for Obito to travel dimensions and rescue Sasuke, and allow for the final sealing?
Those are just the big feats. Did I mention she did this in the first part:

- Care for Sasuke when he was bitten.
