Ay here in base while Naruto moves at high speed upwards

Ay catches up to Naruto in his Raiton armor despite not having it on before

Lol, says who?

Why don't we just used the standard manga starting distance for once, instead of coming up with ridiculous ranges that don't even make sense. What's funny is that every Kisame battle distance has been no more that 20m Lol

I don't give a f**k about "standard manga starting distance" because there is no such thing. Different battles start at different ranges. Kisame's past battle starting distances, or any other battle's starting distance, is irrelevant.

A simple solution to this argument is to ask the OP what the starting distance is.

As if the distance will make a difference? Lel. If Kisame tries to create a lake of Suiton, Ay's Raiton would electrify the water, and Kisame becomes electrocuted. [ ] If there is a distance, Ay closes it in with V1, and once in range, enters V2 and it becomes automatic blitz.

Ay wins, and it won't be much of a fight.

Eh, I can kind of see your point. If Kisame is able to merge right off the bat, he'll probably win with struggling going on.

Like, can Ay just keep on blitzing consecutively after getting drained of up to 6 tails worth of Biju chakra each time? That's not only a lot of chakra being drained, but physical energy as well. I'm pretty sure that's the very reason Bee couldn't just immediately blitz Kisame again while he was down after Samehada removed the V2. Even though his chakra cloak was still up; he probably was momentarily drained of physical energy and needed some time to recuperate.

Samehada absorbs the raiton in the water. The moment the water dome comes up, it's over for Ay.

Kisame wins, and it won't be much of a fight.

Kisame negs... Kisame reacted to a blitz from Killer bee while being in a grudge match with that fodder guy. Killer bee the same person the recked Sasuke who was the same person that reacted to v1 Ei with 3tomoe...

Kisame was blitzed by v1 Ay and v1 bee's double lariat, Kisame could barely clap his hands Lol

Imagine the speed of V2 Ay, there's no reaction possible for Kisame.

In fact, the number of times Kisame has been blitzed is quite hilarious. Blitzed by KCM Naruto, blitzed by Bee, blitzed by Ay, blitzed by Guy. He just can't handle dem blitzing.
That was Zetsu not Kisame try again... Kisame could barely move inside of Samehada plus he was drained and dryed out and super skinny he was way worst than average health... Never got blitzed by Bee or Ei... Never got blitzed by Gai either that was a 30% percent clone...

Full intel means Kisame starts with a large scale Suiton from the get-go. Similarly to what he did against Bee, meaning Ay falls into the water and loses the only special thing he has going for him, which is his shunshin.

Wouldn't that give the raikage the advantage of electrocuting the whole bubble frying kisame in the process?

Kisame wins with reasonable distance. Raikage isn't escaping the waterdome. His entire arsenal is close range taijutsu.

Distance is a major factor here. If the distance is too short, Kisame gets blitzed as 6G Gai blitzed him with no reaction on the former's part, and V2 Ay is faster. During that blitz Samehada can be separated from Kisame, if he succeeds, then the match is most likely over then, since the next Shunshin is going to be the blitz that finishes Kisame off, as he still can't react. If its just right, then Kisame can merge with Samehada and take Ay's hit, and then finish him off.

when did gai blitz Kisame? What makes you think v2 Ei is faster than Gai?

Kisame should take this due to absorption, being able to keep up with gated gais speed, waterdome and shark mode.

Raikage wins.

- Ay can instantly access his Raiton with such speed.

- Kisame Samehada always returns to him . So even though Ay knocks Kisame over, Samehada returns to him with an absorbed Ay's chakra and feeds him with the fact that it can also be dangerous to Ay . However, Kisame reacted to its attack and knocked Samehada far away in the next page. Ay who's much stronger sends Samehada away and kills Kisame before he's healed.
All that is useless when he can absorb Samehada so knocking it away from him is useless... Kisame can easily react to Ei seeing as 3tomoe Sasuke did plus Kisame can use clones to throw him off as well... Kisame reacted to Killer bee and easily kept up with him even in v1-v2 which is something Sasuke couldn't even do yet he managed to react to Ei... Once Samehada is absorbed it becomes a stop match... Plus in that last scan that was Zetsu not Kisame...
