Kisame's brain gets fried.
Overpowered base Gai with a single arm at just 30% his original strength. Gai's body is also hyped up to have a steel like body by the DB, yet a single punch at 30% strength was enough to make him cough up blood.
I don't think people realize that Kisame very likely is the strongest character in the manga in terms of raw physical strength that isn't enhanced by chakra. Stated to have super-human strength at just 30%? That's gross.
Kisames reflexes and striking speed isn't something to sleep on. He was trashing Killer Bee in CQC before V2 came out; and bestest even base Gai in CQC at 30%. His CQC prowess is easily overlooked.
Only way Ay blitzes is if he goes V2 off bat with like a minimal of like 30 meters starting distance. In this case, he wins. The WD isn't needed for Kisame though.
Not gonna lie you gave legit point regarding his strength. I think 6G Gai surpasses V2 Bee in terms of striking and reactions though. Considering he punches so fast to create flames from friction..That's some striking speed. Even his kicks as wellYou must be registered for see links. That's why I said Kisame thinking that to himself should hint at him not really being able to react. Well I could be wrong though.
Makes sense regarding the Ay bit...The main reason I said he'll pull it off without WD was because some people move fast enough before they could be sensedYou must be registered for see linksand I believe Kisame makes Samehada absorb Chakra since I doubt it absorbs automatically when contact from any direction is made. If Ay Shunsins behind Kisame, won't it be too late for Kisame to sense and absorb chakra before he's hit? If this goes on for a matter of time, he'd eventually not get chakra to up his stamina.
Uh you think? 6G Gai's striking speed definitely still surpasses anybody outside of Rikudos. Totally forgot why Gai was brought up in this thread though, lol.
Kisame does indeed make Samehada absorb chakra, so all it would take is for Kisame to anticipate the Raikages attack and simply keep Samehadas absorption active. And since Samehada has an absorption range, it doesn't matter from what angle Ay attacks from.
@ bold, like KisamesYou must be registered for see links?![]()
30% chakra. Not 30% of Kisame. This isn't like part 1 orochimaru's Edo Tensei, where Hashirama and Tobirama were at like 30% power. The shapeshifting clones had the same power as the original, they just didn't have access to all their chakra, hence certain techniques not being usable.
The shape shifting technique doesn't create a weaker clone of the original. It just means that they can't use their most chakra taxing techniques. It in no way affects their speed or reactions. Doesn't matter if that was the original Kisame, same thing would've happened.
@YD: As Gold Lightning already stated. 30% Chakra=/=30% power. His physical abilities should be no different,
Absorbing Samehada becomes useless if he can't do it before Ay Shunsin's to him. What's this about Kisame being able to react to Ay? Sasuke didn't track V2 Ay btw. The only way Kisame wins is if Water dome comes out.
Chakra percentage wasn't the case there. If not, I don't know why Obito would say this when one resorts to a physical movement/attackYou must be registered for see links
