Also Haku's attack is not light speed. Sasuke could guess his pattern using precog since he was moving too linearly. He couldn't react and thats why got his a$$ kicked. In One Piece too WB used Haki to guess Kizaru's final destination since he is too linear in his transmissions.
Also reflections are only possible at light speed......its common sense.
But thats not the issue here.....Gai has shown something which confirms the speed of god tiers in NV. It is a concrete proof.....Spce time bending to a visible extend is not possible below relativistic speeds while a human mass object is moving. You either need to weigh as much as a neutron star/ black hole.....or u need to have relativistic speed to bend space to that extend.

It not matter if jj madz and rikudou naruto have same speed r not, the point is those attack is not LS, if those lightning move as fast as kirin, that mean Naruto is lightning speed or little bit higher in full potential, but still dont reach LS they are.

I was talking about real life lightning, you freakin' dolt, not a jutsu. As in, I was saying that the actual bolt of lightning is typically, typically, below light speed.
