I didn't, it just looks like it. I said apparently because I don't have the time to check all of the manga, but I don't recall seeing the moon in any other phases.

NR attacking Arya's mansion? Full moon.

Jagers vs bandits? Full moon.

Stylish's attack? Full moon.

NR vs. Kurome and Bols? Full moon (even in daytime).

Bolic's assassination? Full moon.

Ran and Kurome vs WH? Full moon.

And Lubbock's death, too. Can't post scans because phone, but you can go check if you have too much free time U_U
