Description: By preforming 1 handseal, the user is able to cast an illusion where the opponent will feel a great amount of animals of any chosen size, within some limit , around himself. The illusion will manifest itself as body parts, whole animals, living or dead, attacking the user or standing still. While it can create any animal, it is more frequently used to summon animal specimens of one's summoning contract. Blood can be added to further reinstate the realism of the illusion.


X-Approved-X Removed damage points, reduced the rank and removed restrictions about boss summons. As i see it, you shouldn't be restricted unnecessarily about boss, the illusion is more or less the same. However its not something worth an A rank either.

Description: Animalia is a generic multi-purpose genjutsu that pertains to the creation of illusionary animals. The user is able to cast an illusion where the opponent will feel a great amount of animals of any chosen size, within some limit , around himself. The illusion will manifest itself as body parts, whole animals, living or dead, attacking the target, moving or standing still. While it can create any animal, it is more frequently used to summon animal specimens of one's summoning contract. Blood can be added to further reinstate the realism of the illusion.
Up to B rank, the genjutsu is essentially the same, no difference is size or diversity, only in the strength of the actual genjutsu, giving it a greater or lesser resistence to genjutsu countering methods. It is done handsealessly up to C, and requires 1 handseal for B ranked usages. It can be used indefinately.
A rank introduces a sensation of mental pain, (A rank being 60 damage points) and requires 2 handseals. The illusions start to be able to introduce more physiological sensations, such as venom-based damage, generically perceived as different degrees of pain. Can only be used 4 times per battle. Requires the user to wait 1 turn between usages.
S rank is a full complex genjutsu, that is able to mimic the specific sensations that one would get from the contact with these animals, such as different kinds of physiological effects, like neurotoxins, hemolytic enzimes, etc. The mental pain is that of a S rank, 80 damage points. It can only be used 2 times per battle, and requires the user to wait 2 turns between usages*

Description: The user is able to quickly call forth a burst of elemental chakra from his/her body, almost immediately vanishing inside a large turtle shell. The shell is made of the hardest version of element used, such as thick earth and crystals (for earth), ash and flame (for fire), lichen and fungus (for mushroom) etc, deeply compressed, which makes it an almost perfect defence against blunt or sharp attacks and the element weak to the shell ( the table of elemental weaknesses still maintains). With one handseal, the user can make the shell dismantle, and shoot outwards chunks of the element.

*Due to the chakra strain, the user won't be able to perform summoning jutsus in the next turn, nor use jutsu of the Element used higher than A rank, and in the next turn won't be able to use higher than S rank*
*The shell happens as fast or faster than Gaara's dome*

Description: Allows the parting of the world to plunge the chaos into oblivion. The user will stretch out both arms, and, with them, part the whole world in half, along with any illusion ( of the same rank ), plunging both into the void of the world between both halves of the physical realm. In this void, the targets won't be able to move, as they briefly behold all the wonders of a foreign and marvelous galaxy, filled with countless constellations and astronomical phenomenons, along side cosmical behemoths, oceanic-like creatures floating in the void as if it were a black sea, before the practitioner slaps both hands again, crushing the targets between both halves of the now tilted world, wedged between physical realm and void, passing out from the mental damage. The void lasts but mere seconds, but it's wonders are engraved in the target's memories. While the illusion can target multiple people, within range, each will see the world part exactly in the middle, in a straight line between themselves and the practitioner.
Once the user slaps both hands together, closing both halves, a blast of chakra is released, up to short range, all around or in a single direction. This chakra blast, S rank in strength, can be composed of raw or acquire a basic elemental nature from the user.

Description: Allows the softening of the chaos to collapse one's notions of a time, space and a fixed cosmic order and achieve balance. The form consists of up to 5 physical motions which in turn soften and bend the world around, inside the illusion. Everything melts down and liquefies, and the practitioner guides the abstract goo of the fabrics of reality through the physical motions. Easiest way to comprehend this illusion is to think of the affected objects, which can be anything, including the whole realm of the illusion itself as a slimy substance that, when immobile, looks exactly as the original ( the ground, a tree, the sky, the user, the target ) but, when moved, behaves like slime, even if it retains the same colors and textures. With this softened reality, the user is able to wrap the target in tight gooey hands, impossibly stretch oneself or make one's limbs like rubber, to make one's physical attacks more unpredictable, etc. After the five motions, which can be a combination physical strikes ( hence the damage ) and binding illusionary wraps, the user is free to perform a finisher where the practitioner will place him/herself behind the opponent, back to back and, holding the neck and the legs, clutch the opponent backwards, breaking their back with a lever motion, disrupting the genjutsu, or simply move on to other attacks, leaving behind a constricted opponent within an illusion.

*The user may divide the 5 motions between multiple turns, spending chakra for each and counting as a move towards the jutsu count. This can't be done indefinately, and, thus, must span, at max, 3 turns.*
*Non-Finisher usages leave the target binded for 2 turns before the genjutsu ends. This does not require extra chakra, it's merely lingering genjutsu*
*Each physical strike disrupts the illusion for a fraction of a second, unless it's after the 5 motions, where any fitting physical strike will disrupt the genjutsu as normal*
*Can only be used 4 times per battle*

Description: By either releasing it from their mouth or by manipulating the air currents with hand gestures, the user will create a funnel of wind that will suck in projectile based techniques both solid and intangible alike, and re-direct them towards a desired target. The technique is similar in nature to how a snake eat's its pray, later having it travel down it's long body to then be released from the other end. As the opposing technique is being re-directed, the wind currents being manipulated will then mix with the 'absorbed' projectile and give it cutting edge potential, increasing the overall lethality of the technique in question as well as increasing it's defensive capabilities against lightning related techniques due to the wind coating. The funnel is strong enough to re-direct solids of equal rank and elemental techniques based on wind nature's elemental weakness & strength's. (Ex: Only being able to redirect up to B-Rank fire techniques.) Naturally, the techniques being redirected would be enhanced in damage if applicable. If used against weaker wind related techniques or simply lightning techniques, the funnel will disperse the techniques in question and head forward as a cutting edge tornado of wind that is five meters in diameter, at a weakened state of course. The size of the funnel is dependent on the technique released. If used to combat stream/wave related attacks the user will be required to keep a continuous build of wind manipulate in order to maintain the funnel's functionality.

Description: The user will either channel wind chakra into a projectile based object or drastically condense and shape manipulate wind nature'd chakra into the form of a projectile like a kunai, shuriken, senbon, arrow etc. He will then proceed to release the projectile(s) (Up to two) towards the desired location(s). Upon physical contact or simply by mental command/manipulation, the user will cause the object/chakra to explode outwards violently into a vaccum vortex that begins to suck anything within a five meter radius from it. While near each other, the vortexes are strong enough to draw anything revolving around the size of 'Fire Release: Intelligent Hard Work', this ranges from Shinobi, Objects of even other techniques. The vortex(s) are cutting edge, meaning if the target in question doesn't defend in time he/she/it will be completely shredded by the cutting-edge winds.

▵ If two projectiles are used the damage is cut in half, meaning C-Rank strength.
▵ Multiple techniques can be absorbed so long as they don't overpower the actual technique's rank.

My mental image here is you throw the projectiles and then trigger them, causing them to stop and create a vacuum that draws in nearby objects/people. If that's correct leave as is, if not clarify in resubmission. Things the size of intelligent hard work seem a little too big, tone it down to like grand fireball jutsu (itachi version).

That is, he will not be able to distinguish left from right, up from down, and even distance properly. This doesn't only affect judgement of his own movements but how he judges the movements of others, for example a kunai could be coming to his right but his brain will fool him it is coming from the left leaving him to either attack the left or block, leaving him open to attack. During the turn it lasts the opponent will suffer a minor headache.

(Jiton: Hanpatsu-ryoku)- Magnet Release: Repulsive Force

Description: With this technique the user will be able to manipulate a Raiton technique using his hand to release a shield like intangible force of magnetic chakra, having no effect on a human body whatsoever, that messes with the electromagnetic forces the lightning naturally carries, bonding it's particles together. THis technique only works on focused lightning techniques as they're molecules are more uniformed and as such easier to manipulate. Depending on the rank the following countermeasures can be made:
C ranked and below: The user can dispel the technique completely by splitting the very electrons and protons that compose the lightning to completely eradicate it.
B ranked: The user can bend the lightning directly towards the attacker with a slower speed than it originally came
A ranked: The user is able to redirect the lightning to the left, right or directly upwards of his postion but not back at the opponent
S ranked: The user is only capable of merely pushing the targetted jutsu to his left or right, slightly changing the trajectory, saving his skin. If the jutsu in question has a broad damage radius, then within reason, the user can be damaged by its after effects.
Note:
- Can only be done 2x
- No other Jiton technique can be used during the turn performed
- Can only be taught by Elyon
- Requires a turn cooldown

Declined. The range bothers me. If you can do it on a jutsu up to mid range, it means you can just stop redirect a jutsu that an opponent uses at mid range. If you can use it once it comes int close range of you, I would see it making more sense.

Description: With this move the user will hold on to his blade, whether sheathed or unsheathed, and focus a delicately high amount of chakra through his body. Then, with a well timed, omnidirectional release of the chakra in the form of slight mist the opponent will see an image of the user emerge from this mist in a violent manner, swinging the blade and dodging freeform attacks. This image is simply a mirage with no physical aspect, it is simply meant to distract the opponent while the user who is is hidden from the naked eye and doujutsu in the mist will emerge while the opponent is dazzled or occupied with the mirage and deliver a devastating horizontal strike to the abdomen area while seeming to pass through the player (slicing through him/her) before turning and delivering a second diagonal slash to the back of the opponent. This entire move takes place quite quickly and requires expert tracking and cognition to quickly decipher the intentions.

- No A ranked or above Kenjutsu technique in the same and following turn.

Declined. Doujutsu in general no, Sharingan: agreeable. You wouldn't be able to see the opponent yourself though, so how would you be able to let the "image" know where the opponent is? You'll need to state that the mirage somehow locates the opponent (through his chakra) and reacts accordingly to the chakra. However: what if the opponent uses a technique? The mirage would be confused as there would be multiple chakra sources with the same "feel" as it comes from the opponent. Think it through a bit more.

Description: The Futago Tessen is a pair fan designed for use in warfare. The Tessen is made with metal plates and designed to look like a normal hand fan. The user makes one handseal and summons one in both hands. One is surrounded by wind while crackles of lightning will be visible on the other. Both are sharp and can be cut through solids conveniently(A Rank and above). It is used for fending off kunais and other throwing weapons. When the wind fan is swung, it produces an arc of wind is produced which reaches mid range. The arc is equivalent to S Rank. When the lightning fan is swung, it produces a wave of lightning which reaches mid range and equivalent to S Rank.

*Wind and lightning slashes counts towards the users jutsu limit
*The fan lasts five turns and can only be summoned after another 2 turns
*Can only be taught by Layoola

Declined, is this a CW? Considering CWs can be summoned as well as held on in battle. If it's a custom weapon: jutsu slashes/beams/bolts are really too generic. Think a CW through and make it special. Also: cut through solids A-rank and above means it can cut through everything above B-rank. That makes no sense. If not: it's still too powerful.

Description: Just like the rain Tiger at will, the user performs 5 handseal, and using his chakra, it begins to rain. The rain which contains the users chakra begins to rain. It can sense the opponent just like the rain Tiger at will. But when placed in a genjutsu, the rain pours on the body which absorbs it, hereby enforcing chakra into the users body and disrupting the chakra, breaking up to A Rank genjutsu.

(Katon: Nan Hōchō) - Fire Release: Flame Cleaver

Description: Similar to the Wind Return technique, this technique is meant to counter a Fire jutsu launched against the user. While channeling their chakra into the ground, the user will weave the necessary hand seals [Ram → Snake]. After doing so, they will clap their hands together, which results in a 3 meter tall flame pillar quickly emerging from the ground, 2 meters in front of the user. When the opponent's fire technique comes into contact with the pillar, it will automatically spilt in two; thus splitting the opponent's fire technique in two & is directed away from the user.

◊ Can only block Fire techniques up to A-Rank
◊ Can't be used to defend against multi-projectile techniques

Approved though take note: it does not instantly douse the other fire or negate it. Within reason, and depending on the jutsu's width it might still catch you as the sheer force and with of a technique and a simple 2m pillar infront of you is a big nuance.

Description: As the user positions themselves in the traditional 8 Trigrams stance, they gather up some of their Lightning chakra & channels it into the index/middle fingers of their left and right hands. As well as limiting their chakra to half for three turns, the target is also left paralyzed by the attack.

(Katon: Ketsueki Gyōko) - Fire Release: Blood Solidification

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals [Dog→Bird→Snake→Ram→Boar→Horse→Dragon], the user will gather a staggering amount of chakra, and will proceed to channel a surge of said chakra to their dominant hand. When this happens, the user's palm will glow white-hot, as small sparks of fire emerge from the same palm. After this happens, the user will then get in close range of the target; And when they do, the user will place their glowing hot hand on top of where the opponent's heart would be. Immediately afterwards, the user will transfer their fire chakra that's in their palm into the opponent's heart (the glow will be gone now). When this happens, the heat that enters their heart would then heat up the blood circulating through it. Within about 10 seconds, the intense heat will congeal (solidify) the flowing blood, making it stop circulating completely & creates several blood clots located in the meeting of the heart & major arteries; leaving the victim only a minute before they pass out because of the lack of blood flow/oxygen getting to the brain.

Description and Background: The Asiatic Cheetahs(Acinonyx jubatus venaticus) are a subspecies of cheetahs native to Asia, but mostly Iran. Being a cheetah, they are the fastest land animal and have been calculated to be able to run up to speeds of 68 mph in a matter of seconds. Cheetahs also have great eyesight, hearing, and a sense of smell. The head and body of the adult Asiatic cheetah measure from 112 to 135 cm with a tail length between 66 and 84 cm. It can weigh from 34 to 54 kg, but the male is slightly larger than the female. Cheetahs use their speed to run down prey.

Description:

The user Bites his thumb and draws a small amount of blood and wipes it throughout his palm on both the hands!. On doing so, The user will be able to summon a school of flesh eating tiny, viscous and deadly Piranhas anytime during the battle!. Now, When the user uses any water based technique, Both stream and projectile, They are able to summon 100's of Flesh eating tiny Piranhas in the water of technique as it is released!. Hence, when these water techniques hit the opponent, In addition to the normal damage of the technique, The opponent will also suffer Biting damage by the Sharp teeth of the flesh eating Piranhas!. Only water based techniques that Originate from the user's body can be used with this technique!. However, If the user alone or both the user and opponent is on a water source, then Piranha's can be summoned on all the water based techniques!

- Can summon the school for 4 turns.
- Must have a two turn gap before using it again.
- Can be used only thrice per battle.

Only water based techniques that originate from the user's body can be used with this technique if the user is on a earth terrain. However, If the user alone or both the user and opponent is on a water source, then Piranha's can be summoned on all the water based techniques that originate from the water source as well as the user's body. Once the technique is active, it is a must that it should be followed by a water technique since the technique and the water technique that follows happens at the same timeframe. Can be summoned on any water technique that is used on that turn.

Declined. 1000's, bit much don't you think? I don't see the needs as to make it such a huge amount, especially for the frequency at which you can use it and the power level it has. Also: it will never happen at exactly the same time. There's always a slight time frame hinderance between two techniques, no matter how fast they are. You'll also need to specify and better explain a bit in the description. Actually say that you summon them, and as they are summoned you perform the water technique to put them in. As it is described now, your pirhanas might as well just fall on the ground and splash there uselessly before the water is made. It's all about the necessary detail to avoid confusing in battle. Also try to say how the biting damage affects you. Does it hinder you in any way? Otherwise it's pretty useless to put it in there.

The user does a string of three hand seals and channel their wind chakra into their sword and swing it towards the opponent sending a big crescent shaped wind blade towards the opponent. This blade has the capability of picking up dusts in it's path creating a small dust storm around it while travelling. This blade can be used in two ways. First usage is, as it is sent towards the opponent a small string of wind is tethered in between the blade and the sword. Now, when the user swings the sword another time, the tether between the wind blade and the sword is broken and the Blade suddenly bursts into violent cyclone of wind sucking in anything short range around it; towards it dealing massive slashing damage. Second usage is almost similar to the first usage. When the user swings the sword another time, the tether between the sword and blade is broken but instead of bursting into a violent massive cyclone, the blade splits into three different blades. Two blades will take a boomerang path towards the sides/top of the opponent and hit them from behind after travelling a distance of 6-7 meters behind the opponent whilst the other blade directly assault's the opponent. If the sword is swung to the side, then the two blades travel to the sides of the opponent, If it is swung towards the top then the two blades travel to the top of the opponent. Once the tether between the blade and the sword is broken, the technique will act on it's own accord so that the user can proceed with the next technique.

Restriction is "meh" for an S-rank tech. No wind above S-rank in the same turn means no forbidden, which in itself isn't a restriction. Also: try to format it a bit differently (description) if you have a technique with 2 usages or so. Try to put it in two paragraphs, or 1 general info one, and 2 with the actual technique. It's really messy to read now. Next: what happens to the wind (to which your sword is tethered) when the tether is broken and you suck in everything in short range? Let's say the wind blast is at long range, and you then break the tether. Does it come all the way back from long range to suck in things at short range, or does that work independently from it? If so, what happens to the wind blast that is at long range?/FONT]

Now, as the column of water rises, The user will gather a massive amount of wind chakra in both their arms thrust their hands towards the water column along with the gathered wind chakra. The wind chakra is then manipulated with the water and is rapidly agitated within the column due to which the user feels terrible vibrations on their hands. Once the arms are thrusted towards the column of water, 4 Ghost like dementors emerge from the column of water with an armour made of wind surrounding them. These Ghost like structures are then directed towards the opponent from whatever direction the user wishes and smashes the opponent dealing massive blunt as well as slashing damage to them. These Ghost have the capability of picking up dust particles as it travels towards the intended target. Because of this as the ghost travels towards the target dust storm is created around it like a vortex of dust storm. Each Dementor ghost will be of A rank in power. The user can control the number of dementors emerging from the vortex Ranging for a single dementor to a maximum of 4. Can be done on a pre existing column of water (A rank and above for sufficient supply of water source) and can be performed at the same time using a clone.

Declined. Really don't see why this is forbidden apart from the fact that you want to be able to make 4 A-rank ghouls/dementor-like things. Also: your restrictions do not nearly at up to the point of making it enough for a forbidden rank. Read what you're saying: No Wind/water above S-rank still lets you do pretty much everything (even defend from a forbidden rank). No wind/Water in the same turn: As if that were needed with a technique of this size and power. No A-rank hand tai above A for the next 2 turns... If you're able to pretty much every defense: there is no need for you to go into short range and go in hand to hand combat in the first place. No faster handseals on next turn: wow, big deal. You need to take 3 more seconds to perform a jutsu, which is negligible in our RP as the faster hand seals are only "determined to be a factor" when there is a time frame discussion. Overall i'm giving you a chance to resubmit it properly, but it might as well have been a DNR.

This Arc of wind, As soon as it is Short range from the sword it take's the form of a Hammerhead shark ( Image for reference ) with a the sharp arc of the wind as it Hammer head and the belly of the shark is a violently rotating ferocious Vortex of wind. The size of the shark is 3 meter is width and 6 meter in length. The Wind shark approaches the target with it's mouth wide open, The arc head facing the target. The mouth keeps sucking in wind around short range of it's vicinity gathering Rock debris and tiny rock piece in it's belly. The shark is capable of sucking in the opponent and deal massive slashing damage to them. The shark is A rank in strength. If used on an opponent who is at short range, the Wind arc will push back the opponent making him airborne and then the shark will be formed sucking the opponent inside it.

Fire stream : At point after the Release of the shark, the user will gather their Fire chakra in their leg and stomp the ground to create a small opening anywhere near the shark's (short range around it) current position to spew out a powerful stream of fire from it ( A rank is strength ). This stream of fire is inhaled by the shark making a massive Wind/Fire Shark with debris of molten rocks in it's belly. The fire stream can be released anytime after the shark is formed. Meaning even after the shark sucks in the opponent. The belly of the shark now turns into a massive inferno of flames. Deals slashing and burning damage.

Restrictions :
- S rank usage can be used twice per battle.
- A rank usage can be used Four times per battle.
- No fire/wind techniques above S rank in the same and next turn.
- Using only the wind shark is a A ranked move whilst combining with Fire is S.

Once the domed cylinder is formed around the user, they have the option of performing another hand seal, which unwraps the cylinder starting from the back, wrapping it around to the front, forming a straight water wall. The wall will then release hundreds of marble sized bullets of water as it is unwrapping, covering the entire battlefield in front of the user. These bullets can reach up to long range.

Description: Universe is simply a large collection of segments of chakra metal, with the entire length taking the form of a long rope, while also capable of connecting at the ends. Along the length of Universe are a collection of seals that can siphon in chakra and then distribute it, regardless of origin (expanded upon below). In a resting state, this rope is divided up into several hundred, miniscule, square segments of metal that all connect directly to each other. When being utilized, Universe becomes animated and is able to separate her individual segments (or detach them completely) in order to form complex, 3-D shapes or objects. She also gains a “sense” of the battlefield around her, giving her the ability to act independently of the user (is not capable of sensing chakra, speech, mental projection of thought, etc). This sense only applies to her ability to act on her own without the user’s direction by utilizing the chakra composing her. The separation of segments is achieved via chakra. When two segments separate from each other, a thin but powerful strand of chakra connects the two pieces (think almost like Renji’s original bankai from Bleach if the description is unclear). This process is then repeated over the length, allowing Universe to extend herself to form larger/complex objects. Universe is a defensive and offensive weapon. Universe can form a variety of shapes to defend the user while also capable of physically attacking/binding the opponent. The damage is equal to that of the chakra currently being utilized by her (Universe was formed with A-rank fire chakra, she does A-rank damange + a burning quality on touch).

Forging:
When used with basic chakra, this figure forming is S-ranked. When used with an elemental chakra, this figure forming is A-ranked (the object also takes on the basic qualities of that element). Regardless, initially forming Universe counts as a move of the user. Universe can take on almost an infinite number of forms, from simple shapes like a sword or glove, or form a 3D creature like a wolf or a second person (If Universe forms into a sword, it can trade blows equally with a normal katana in terms of stability, the same applies for other objects). Universe – If formed into an object capable of its own movement (like an animal) – can act independently from the user for up to three turns before the chakra sustaining Universe is depleted. Additionally, Universe can re-arrange herself into a new shape once per turn. By doing so, Universe is capable of escaping enemy techniques (logic dictates if/how she can avoid a technique) or adapting herself to changes in the battlefield.

Harnessing Seals:
Universe can be used through direct physical contact. Through this method, the user can simply “charge” the seals for three turns by flowing chakra into Universe (does not require an actual technique to charge). These seals act like a self-sustaining battery, having a set length of time that they are able to sustain Universe’s actions. If not connected to the body, Universe only needs to be within short-range of a technique being utilized in order to siphon chakra from it and re-charge her seals (Up to S-rank basic chakra or A-rank elemental chakra). If Universe is successfully hit by a more powerful enemy technique than the chakra she has been made with, she deactivates and is immobile until recharged by a technique.

Description: The user channels his fuuton chakra and uses shape manipulation to make the chakra take the form of a pale, semi-transparent cushion. The cushion is filled with fuuton chakra and at the users command the cushion suddenly bursts, releasing an omni-directional wind wave. There are two versions of this jutsu. The 'soft' version does no damage and its explosion is very small and the size of the cushion is about 30 centimeters. The 'soft' use is more specialized for evading attacks by forming the cushion under the users feet and then exploding it or to prevent the user from falling backwards by forming the cushion behind the user and then exploding it to help him keep his balance. The 'violent' version of the jutsu does 60 damage and the cushion size is a meter long. This is best used against the opponent because of the strength of the explosion and if the opponent came into direct contact with the explosion they would be pushed away and cut badly. The 'soft' use is supplementary while the 'violent' use is offensive.

The combination of the small enclosed space and the nature of the current would mean the opponent would be constantly spun around by the wind and wouldn't be able to stand still. They would collide with the cube walls only to be thrown backward again by the current. It would almost seem like they were spinning around on the spot. The winds last for a whole turn before stopping and then the cube dissipates.

Because of fires destructive properties the earthen struture seems to almost explode in a burst of fire and debris from the structure which would crush and burn any opponent caught in it

Description: The Z sword was a weapon forged for those who are truly warriors at heart. The creator built the sword out of the finest materials around. Forging the metals needed to form a proper alloy that would allow for the blade to be light, but still very durable. The core of the blade would be interlaced with a series of cells that act as both storage devices and passage ways for chakra. This allows the wielder's raw chakra to flow through the handle of the blade, to be stored into the cells. After the required amount of chakra is amassed, the user could then use nature manipulation to convert the chakra to their choice of element. This would coat the blade in a representation of that element (i.e. flames for katon, static for raiton, etc) allowing the user to slash through techniques by utilizing their elemental weakness. But that is not the main purpose of these cells. The main purpose of these cells is to assist the user in achieving heights that exceed the limits of normal men, in a sort of Zen-Kai blast of power.

Slowly, throughout the battle, whether being directly held or not, the blade will absorb the wielders raw chakra and store it into these cells. After a period of time, these cells will reach their maximum capacity for raw chakra, giving the wielder the ability to absorb the chakra back into their bodies by forming one hand seal, giving them a surge of power in many ways. While this is active, the users reaction time is nearly doubled, along with their physical strength. Their base speed increases by a factor of about X1.5, along with hand seal speed. While using this technique, the user will be enveloped in a golden aura which peaks at their hair, colored the same and standing on end. The sudden surge of chakra will also cause the user's eyes to take on a sort of green glow. After the end of this technique, however, the user will experience extreme physical exhaustion due to using their chakra in the process.

Note: User must have the weapon on their person at least 1 turn prior to using the counter for C-Rank techniques, 2 for B-Ranks, and 3 for A-Ranks.

Declined. Overal the concept is pretty cool, but you state that anyone who hears it is affected by this. That would include yourself, unless you state that you direct the sound waves away from you, or have frequency neutralizing "earbuds" (made of sound chakra) that counter the effect of the jutsu to yourself. Having sound release does not make your immune to your own sounds, as the sounds still effect you. The chakra, that is another story, but the chakra is only "fuel" to make the sound. If you, for example, send a fire dragon in the sky and let it crash down on you, you'll be hit and burned as well. The same principle applies here, but we forget that in our RP considering we usually send techniques away from us. Sound is different in this aspect (specifically omni-directional sound) as it is a "battlefield wide" technique, if used in such a fashion. I'm a bit confused on the description: the sounds cancel each other out after a while. How long? Can't the opponent just get himself out of a jutsu as well, or does the sound apart from taking a mental toll also take a physical toll considering the mental strain put on him? Take this into consideration as well when creating techniques. Apart from that, restricted too little. Only being able to use sound up to S-rank as a restriction is pretty much the same as being able to use all the sounds techs, since forbidden rank sound is really scarce to come by. This might seem an extremely long rant, but I like the technique and I just feel like giving you a heads up on what to look at when creating similar techs/resubmitting this one.

Pending. Leaving for Scorps as I find this borderline medical (you're causing an effect which takes place directly on the user his health), and seems to be overpowered in the way it is right now (especially with such restrictions).


 Declined  I don't mind that it creates pain due to vibration in the teeth but damage itself and all the other nonsense is a no. Its oped, its exploitable and its a severe illogical strectch. If you can produce a sound capable of that, it won't be the only damage that sound will produce. Also, too high ranked. High frequency sound is limited to non damaging techniques and sound illusions. Don't try to pull that card. You know fully well that Sound comes in two variations: damaging/physical effects which is low frequency and thus defendable from and hindering/illusions which are high frequency and immediate. Trying to pull the high frequency card in something like this is not "right". If you want this approvable, you need to reduce rank, simplify effects and restrict them tosevere pain and anything such pain might induce mentally + appropriate restrictions + needs to be defendable from. Oh, almost forgot, you need a high pitch sound to induce this effect...so no on the broad spectrum of everything that might trigger it. Its not something we'll allow you to trigger simply by speaking a word.

The chamber start as the first being blue crystal like that of her arm blades Guren uses, and the second being that of her jade type crystal which is slightly a stronger type of crystal for structures. The third and most durable chamber being of pink crystal used in many of Guren's stronger containments and structures. So in ranking the chambers the first can withstand B rank ninjutsu, the second can withstand A rank ninjutsu and the third can only be penetrated by a direct S rank type attack like chidori.
Now once all three chambers have been built the user can place both hands on the ground and slowly sink the chambers into the ground burying them many feet below.

✦ Declined, OPed. You're basically saying that this is a 3 layered attack. If an attack is shot at the first chamber and breaks it, it will become weakened. Meaning that, for example, if an trapped RPer used an S rank against this, after hitting the first level, it'd be slightly weakened, to roughly strong A rank, and this would barely beat the second layer and prevent it from being broken on the third level. That's too much for such a simple jutsu, I dont even see this as S rank ✦

Declined. Still OP. The user would basically have to use at least 2 techniques to get out of this one, or would have to use an A/S-rank technique of specific element to get out of it. It also makes no sense that one layer is A-rank, another layer is B and another one is C, when the total power of this is A-rank. You also have 0 drawbacks from using this, compared to what you can achieve. Last chance, DNR next time if you don't fix it.

After signing the meerkat contract the user has regained the power to summon Tifa by either swiping blood on there tattoo or regular handsigns method. She is a regular sized meerkat sand colored and 3 feet tall. She is able to cast a genjutsu which is called Hakuna Matata. This particular jutsu makes it so the enemy has no worries and keeps pressing forward in battle without realizing anything has change but more desire to kill and bloodshed. With this the enemy loses there sense of reason and simply keep attacking as they feel invincible hence the quality of no worries. The landscape makes it so they envision a bug infested jungle thick of swamp and vines. The enemy while moving through the jungle will be cutting through vines and branches with either a sword or Kunai, they will have a large amount of bugs flying into there mouths and around there faces as well.

Declined. Genjutsu needs some kind of trigger. Sound, hand seals (by the animal, not you!) eye contact, etc. Also: I get what you're trying to do: but standing in a jungle all of a sudden kind of makes it obvious that it's a genjutsu. Even then, the opponent might just say "I feel so confident that I stab my leg with a kunai to get me out of the genjutsu". Next to that: the genjutsu would be what rank, and what range? Short range and A-rank, same as your animal? Mention this kind of stuff.


(Shoton Senkou Kikku) - Crystal Flash kick

Guren while in mid air channels Crystal chakra to her left or right leg and swings her leg in the way of a bicycle soccer kick. The scythe of Crystal has tremendous speed and strength from the rotation of the bicycle kick and will move from the opponent's foot towards the opponent.

(紫煙 Fukai Pa-Puru)- Deep Purple
Type: Weapon

Description: Deep Purple is a long thick pipe. Approximately 3 meters in length and a few inches in diameter. Around the bell of the pipe it is very deep and round. Being around the same size as Gaara's gourd in that area. Despite Deep Purple's massive size it isn't too heavy. Ragna is usually seen carrying it over his shoulder with one hand. Along the inside of deep Purple itself is a wooden inside with tiny pieces of charcoal and other flammable objects. Allowing friction to occur naturally on the inside to create more smoke. Now Deep Purple's main purpose aside from smoking is battle. Ragna can use deep Purple as a medium for most of his smoke attacks. Deep Purple can release smoke without Ragna having to blow through it. But this isn't always a good thing So Ragna created a lid to top off the pipe so smoke doesn't fully come out. In battle it's a waste of time to have to pry open a lid for anything. So there are 3 buttons along the side of Deep Purple all with different commands. Similar to that of a saxophone just with different colors and different purposes.


The Buttons/Abilites:

(燃 Kashou) : In this compartment explosive tags are stored. All smoke for the user’s jutsu will travel through this compartment. Smoke ninjutsu emitting from Deep Purple in this state will gain the addition of explosive tags hidden within them, giving all smoke ninjutsu of the user +10 bonus in power.
Cannot be activated while Leak is active

(漏 Deguchi) Leak: The button furthest from the mouth piece but still within reach, it is a golden button,and causes smoke within Deep Purple to slowly seep under the lid and through small holes along the body. The smoke released from leak blocks vision of both the user and the opponent. When Deguchi is used unranked smoke is released up to mid range. It makes it harder for the user to be seen, and he can use the surrounding smoke as a source for various smoke ninjutsu. Cannot be activated while burn is active

(閉 Soba) Close: This is used to cancel any of the above abilities activated to conserve usage/chakra and alternate between uses.


Note the user may activate the abilities through chakra while contact is made with Deep Purple


Restrictions:
Can only be used by smoke ninjutsu bios
Can only be used by Omega or people I teach
Burn or Leak effects can only last 4 turns
Close can halt the abilities conserving their turn limit.

(Some notes in regards to leak: As a smoke jutsu user all of my techniques hinder my vision of the opponent in someway so this won't be anything I'm not use to, I have also just added sensory to my smoke bio and it has gotten approved so that will help me track my opponent better should I need to use leak.)

Declined: you seemed to ignore what Adachi said, or partly. I see you implemented the restrictions and by doing so, negated the +10 forever thing. However, your restrictions are vague. Burn or leak can only last 4 turns? What if you close in the same turn as it is opened? It wouldn't count during the turn as it stays within the turn, or it might. Things like these make it too vague and you need to explicitly say how or what.

Description: Deep Purple is a long thick pipe. Approximately 3 meters in length and a few inches in diameter. Around the bell of the pipe it is very deep and round. Being around the same size as Gaara's gourd in that area. Despite Deep Purple's massive size it isn't too heavy. Ragna is usually seen carrying it over his shoulder with one hand. Along the inside of deep Purple itself is a wooden inside with tiny pieces of charcoal and other flammable objects. Allowing friction to occur naturally on the inside to create more smoke. Now Deep Purple's main purpose aside from smoking is battle. Ragna can use deep Purple as a medium for most of his smoke attacks. Deep Purple can release smoke without Ragna having to blow through it. But this isn't always a good thing So Ragna created a lid to top off the pipe so smoke doesn't fully come out. In battle it's a waste of time to have to pry open a lid for anything. So there are 3 buttons along the side of Deep Purple all with different commands. Similar to that of a saxophone just with different colors and different purposes.


The Buttons/Abilites:

(燃 Kashou) : In this compartment explosive tags are stored. All smoke for the user’s jutsu will travel through this compartment. Smoke ninjutsu emitting from Deep Purple in this state will gain the addition of explosive tags hidden within them, giving all smoke ninjutsu of the user +10 bonus in power.
Cannot be activated while Leak is active

(漏 Deguchi) Leak: The button furthest from the mouth piece but still within reach, it is a golden button,and causes smoke within Deep Purple to slowly seep under the lid and through small holes along the body. The smoke released from leak blocks vision of both the user and the opponent. When Deguchi is used unranked smoke is released up to mid range. It makes it harder for the user to be seen, and he can use the surrounding smoke as a source for various smoke ninjutsu. As with all smoke ninjutsu methods, it is advised that people using this weapon have sensory attached to the bio because of this ability.
Cannot be activated while burn is active


(閉 Soba) Close: This is used to cancel any of the above abilities activated to conserve usage/chakra and alternate between uses.


Note the user may activate the abilities through chakra while contact is made with Deep Purple

Close can halt the abilities conserving their turn limit; however, when either one is activated it counts against your turn limit. If you use burn or leak and it carries to your next turn you will have to use close at the beginning of your next turn to conserve its turn limit otherwise it will count toward your turn limit.

Description: The user will perform a unique handseal as If he is creating the appearance of a bird with his hands. The enemy will then see a screeching eagle fly by which triggers the genjutsu. Immediately after seeing the soaring eagle the enemy will see a ray of light that descends from the sky and entraps the enemy within a 2 meter radius of what looks to be a hollow cylindrical and condensed beam of light. Since the light only blocks the enemy from seeing what is on the outside he can see the small area he is enclosed in. Because the illusion creates a condensed beam, the enemy believes in its physical properties and feels the condensed beam exert its pressure as it shrinks. This shrinking can be noted by the enemy seeing the enclosed space get smaller. They would have limited movements as they believe they are trapped within the area of the hollow beam. As the beam continues to shrink the enemy will pass out from the mental stress due to the intense pain as they experience unimaginable pressure from all around them.

With the amount of Katon chakra localized in a single point with a rather small area, the heat produced from that arm becomes extremely dangerous. Heat waves will be seen around the arm the user channels this chakra in as the hand and forearm, glow a bright orange color. The grass beneath the user will become wilted or slightly scorched from being in close proximity to the jutsu. By simply touching objects the user will be able to melt right through them, and severely burn anything it touches with ease making it extremely lethal if any contact is made with an opponent or object. It is said that an enemy can feel its warmth from meters away.

The Uchiha Ring- The Uchiha Ring is one that has been passed down through time from generation to generation to the current leader of the Uchiha Clan. The ring has been a part of their history for as long as the Uchiha can remember. Forged Slightly After Indra had left and founded the Uchiha Clan.Legend has it after the Death of Indra the first Leader of the newly found Uchiha was his son.Despite having great intellect and power like his Father the son of indra had a very rare problem.His Power was beyond his control making it extremely difficult to use his power efficiently. Fearing that their Leader might not be able to protect them 3 Uchiha elders known not for their power but for their intellect and weapon forging sacrificed themselves to craft a ring.A ring With the ability to have complete control over the uchiha blood within.
Abilities
This Idea is based on the Crystal Necklace of the first Hokage ,Hashirama Senju. It has been seen and Noted multiple times that Wood Release has the unique ability to absorb/seal tailed beast chakra. How ever Yamato who has the same ability though weaker required the Necklace to effectively seal tailed beast chakra this leads to the point that there are items that concentrate, and refine control. Just as the Necklace of the first acted as a medium to the sealing/absorbing Tb chakra ability of wood release , the Uchiha Ring works in the Same manner.In essence the ring has no real abilities it merely acts as a medium that draws out and concentrates the existing power within an Uchiha while refining the control being able to use it to its full potential, at times its viewed as being amplified but in reality its just the affect of using and controlling the full power perfectly.That being said the Uchiha ring is the exact same principle as Hashirama's necklace the difference being what it concentrates and refines is specific to the uchiha as wood is specific to Hashirama and Yamato. So with the ring the Uchiha user is in complete control over their abilities able to use their power to fullest perfectly. Note The ring is merely a medium that concentrates and gives complete control over the already existing abilities of an Uchiha it in no way gives the user uchiha abilities. Now being that the Uchihas most generic abilities or blood affinities if you will are katon and Genjutsu with the ring the user is able to use them to their fullest extent perfectly giving a +10 to both Genjutsu and Katon.

Description: The user focuses negatively charged electricity around himself like the Raikage Armor.The difference being the charge of the electricity is negative which is invisible to the human eye,only seen by doujutsu users. Negatively charged electricity is harmless and invisible,but due to having a negative charge it attracts positive charges.Therefore most harmful lightning is positive and seeing as how most jutsu are harmful they consist of positively charged electricity.That being Said all positively charged raiton jutsu will be attracted to the invisible negatively charged aura around the user.Once the positive electricity is attracted it mixes into the negative charge around the user therefore becoming a positive charge,giving a plus 5 positive charge boost to the users raiton jutsu for every positive charged raiton jutsu absorbed.Once the positive charge is attracted the aura becomes visible until the positive boost attracted is released in a jutsu,then the aura returns to its negative state and with that loses all visibility.

Description:
History
The Hammer was discovered by Shonnen in one of his explorations around the ninja world.
It was a cool evening, Shonnen was moving a metal detector on a deserted beach then the metal detector discovered something and as Shonnen noticed the beeping sound of the metal detector, he started digging into the ground deeper and deeper after about ten minutes of digging, Shonnen saw the handle of the Hammer then in excitement, Shonnen grabbed the Hammer and pulled it out of the ground.
The Hammer was very heavy to carry at first but with several days of rigorous training with the Hammer, Shonnen could now wield the Hammer with one of his hand and move it swiftly.
Abilities
- When fuuton chakra is infused into the Hammer, the user can swing the Hammer severally thereby causing the user to start flying(A-Rank) and can move in any direction in mid air.
- Ordinarily, the strength of the Hammer allows the hammer to break through any B-rank earth and below by smashing the earth with power.
- When doton chakra(B-Rank) is infused into the Hammer, it gives the hammer much more strength allowing the Hammer to break through A-rank earth and below.
-The Hammer also behaves like a boomerang(not exactly)(but Shonnen installed a chakra homing signal into the Hammer in such a way that once Shonnen extends his hand and open up his palm, the Hammer quickly flies back from wherever it is and lands perfectly on Shonnen's hand)
- Due to the weight of the Hammer, no one else can hold it easily without training with the Hammer for at least ten days.
- To further protect the Hammer, Shonnen placed metal spikes(A-rank) inside Hammer's handle that projects out at the user's command to pierce
Note
- The Hammer can only be used for four rounds.
- The Hammer can only be used once in a battle.
- All the abilities that can be performed by the Hammer takes a turn from the user's turn and has its chakra deducted from the user's chakra.
- Can only be taught by shonnen.
- The control of the Hammer to return to shonnen's hand is passive, doesn't require chakra nor does it takes a turn in the user's turn.
- When the Hammer is thrown ordinarily at a target, it deals A-rank damage but when it is infused with earth chakra, it deals S-rank damage.
- Shonnen installed a metal spike(A-Rank) at the head of the Hammer, to bulge out at the user's command.
- No earth jutsu can be done when this hammer is in hand.
- After using the hammer, no earth jutsu can be done for the next two rounds and only A-rank earth jutsus and below are allowed for the remainder of the battle.

✦ Declined, for one the history makes no sense in relation to the RP. I dont recall ever seeing a metal detector in the anime or manga. Two, no to both earth and wind chakra. Three, you aint flying with this. You cann give that idea up. And you also have like 5 different abilities, thats a clear no. ✦

Due to its effect, the gas cannot stay in short range with the user so as not to kill the user.

- The jutsu lasts for four rounds.
- The gas can only be detected by a dojutsu user.
- Can only be taught by shonnen.

Description: During a battle, the user will channel his lightning chakra in both of his palms to create two long whips of lightning. Each whip is of B-Rank strength and has a strobing, pulsating effect to them. These whips as compared to the other canon whips does not just have lightning chakra in them. They actually release a field of electricity all around them. The user at any point of time, can swing his whips to attack the opponent. The whips, should they come in contact with the opponent, will burn their skin due to the high voltage current as it paralyzes their whole body for 1 turn. The user always attacks the target such that if the target evades the attack, the whips will clash against each other, and amplify the pulsating strobing effect. Anyone 5-7 meters from the point of contact will momentarily be paralyzed as the electric field gets stronger for a second, affecting the nerve impulses of the targets. Also, once that happens, the user will release all the chakra from the whip as a spear of lightning (B-Rank) shoots out from the whips at the point of contact, to pierce the opponent's body. The whip will vanish, should the user release the lightning.
Note:
- The whip stays active for a maximum of 3 turns unless chakra is released or user deforms it himself.
- While active, the user cannot perform any jutsu except Lightning that does not require any handseal.
- Can only be used 3 times.

Description: The user begins by extending his arm outwards either in front of his chest or above his head to gather a lot of lightning chakra, gathering it and shape manipulating it in the form of a giant sphere of lightning. This sphere of lightning is quite huge (as big as Wind Release: Vacuum Great Sphere) and is created in less than two seconds. This ball made of pure ligthning, is pure white in color and looks more like a sphere made of wind rather than lightning which is one of the reasons as to why many opponents get decieved by this technique. This sphere of lightning is known to be the cage of the two legendary dragons of Westros. When this sphere is created, it releases a loud screech that affects anyone mid-range from the source (except the user since he is used to this sound due to daily practice), forcing them to cover their ears as it hurts their ear and makes them lose their concentration. Legends say, it is the screech of the twins who are still a captive inside that wreched technique. But any learned man can tell that the effect is due to the highly vibrating lightning chakra which has often proved to create high pitched noises (like Chidori) when created. This is the first phase of this technique. The user will then launch the giant sphere towards his target to obliterate it. Anything that comes in contact with this technique, is forced to cease to exist (follows elemental guidelines). Should the attack miss, the user can form a single handseal and shape manipulate the sphere to turn it into two huge dragons (half the volume of the sphere), and chase the target. The two dragons will shoot towards its target as if being freed from its captivity and will use all their strength to devour their target. Each dragon carries half the power of the sphere but it contains all the qualities of it including its color.
Note:
- Can only be used twice with a atleast two turns gap.
- Can only be taught by Soul Reaper
- Cannot use any Lightening technique above S-Rank in the same or next turn.

Description: This is a special paper created only to be used by Konan Bio users. Paper it self is nothing more then a colored paper. But this paper can be channeled with a specific type of chakra. Which is stored inside the paper by specific script written on the paper. Upon user's will the chakra stored inside the paper will be released and used according to its type.
There is four types of paper that has been created.
Paper of Fire | A red colored paper which has a script written over it. And also has a visible Kanji for flames () written over it. This particular paper holds Katon chakra inside it and can produce flames when released. The paper can be used hidden among the paper wielded by Konan or separately is a completely different jutsu.

This particular paper holds Raiton chakra inside it and can produce electric strikes when released. Paper of Wind | A sky colored paper which has a script written over it. And also has a visible Kanji for wind () written over it. This particular paper holds Fuuton chakra inside it and can produce gusts of wind when released. This paper is not as lethal as Paper of Wind and Thunder. Still it is effective to be used as a distraction. The paper can be used hidden among the paper wielded by Konan or separately is a completely different jutsu.

Paper of Protection | A gray colored paper which has a script written over it. And also has a visible Kanji for protection (保護) written over it. This particular paper holds no elemetal chakra inside it. this paper acts as a normal paper of Konan, though it can create instant shields which can protect from multi-directional elemental attacks (Only Raiton , Katon and some Doton jutsu). This paper is can protect against most Fire and Raiton jutsu upto A-Ranks(With strong focused attacks excluded) and can protect against some Doton jutsu as well. This paper has to be used separately and cannot be used while hidden with Konan's paper.

(Katon/Doton: Gibil to Girra no adobento) - Fire/Earth Release: Advent of Gibil and Girra

Description: Advent of Gibil and Girra is a technique where user will firstly release doton chakra within their vicinity as to take a shape of two skulls with an opening at the lowest point of it. These two skulls would be approximetely the size of human heads and their properties would actually be the one of adhesive mud. As soon as the skulls have been formed, user will release katon chakra where they are placed, making it arise from the ground taking shape of two spirits, with two hands, levitating through the battlefield and filling in the previously made skulls. These spirits would be formed of solid fire chakra, being capable of withstanding the weight of mud that would act as a protector from other techniques, however at all times they will have intangible layer of fire flowing through them. Both Gibil and Girra are capable of going to mid range from the user before dispersing however they can only be made in vicinity to the user, aka short range. Each turn they are active, user will only be capable of performing techniques of fire release and his chakra would be drained by five points. They can stay on the battlefield up to three turns and can be made only twice per battle, however never in consequent turns. Now both Gibil and Girra have their specific traits. Gibil, is mostly known for his solidity. He is capable of extending different parts of his body as to form different solid form of fire that will aid him in battle and that he is capable of relasing which will upon impact form explosion, albeit they can only reach short range. It could be swords, shields and similar. Their size can vary as well as the rank, going up to B rank. However in the case where the extension has been destroyed, the rank from which it was will also effect the rank of the spirit itself. The main attack of Gibil however is to actually condense itself into the mud skull which represents its base after which it will propel towards the target. Because of the highly condensed fire within the mud, upon impact with a solid object it will explode forming a maelstorm. Girra on the other hand, is different from Gibil. Its main property is the one of light. Because of the brightness of its fire, upon its forming, it will blind opponent for few moments as he needs to get used to to its illumination. It is less solid than Gibil, and its main use is to actually send projectiles of fire towards the target. Projectiles size at its peak can be 3 meters in diameter and their shape varies depending on Girra's feeling which are reflected upon them. Projectiles can be of either C or D rank, and it can only release up to 4 projectiles of C rank before dispersing completely. Both Gibil and Girra can in case of danger actually condense themselfs into skulls which represent the base of them as to defend from attacks coming their way. Their reforming however would drain user of the technique by ten chakra points.

Note: Can only be used twice per battle

✦ Declined, this would be an Earth/Fire combination jutsu so it would require two jutsu slots in formation. Also, -5 chakra per turn is too little for this, make it -10. These abilities of Gibil ( both ranged ability and maelstorm ability ) need to cost a jutsu per turn, same as Girra's projectile base ability. Not sure about the reforming if they retract into their skulls, it should cost another usage but without costing two jutsu slots per turn that time, since it's already formed. Besides that, I like this, nice jutsu. ✦

(Katon: Kulhu no shutsugen) - Fire Release: Emergence of Kulhu

Description: Emergence of Kulhu is a technique where user would release katon chakra around their opponent. Now this chakra would emerge from the ground in shape of numerous small participles of fire that when collected into a single structure take form of tentacles. User will be capable of forming up to four tentacles which main purpose would be as to harm opponent by making all different kinds of lashing movements however if user so wishes he can control these tentacles. Their size can be up to five meters in lengt. User will also be capable by performance of a single seal make the small fire particples from which they are formed actually explode forming a maelstorm in which center opponent will be standing.

Description: User of the technique would extend their fingers forth whilst focusing small portions of katon chakra within them. On each finger in which user focused katon chakra he will release small spheres of fire. Paralel to each finger forming these fireballs a portal would be opened in vicinity to the opponent. However, each portal has to be at least two meters away from the opponent but can be made anywhere around him. Formation of fire balls on tip of fingers would serve as a distraction as for portals to be opened. Number of portals that can be made is up to five and from each portal different shapes of fire can be released. Their size however must be up to the size of a Lion, not bigger and state of each fire formation so to say will be solid and will explode upon impact with other solid objects.

Description: The user first removes a blueprint for the layout of his creation he shows it to the opponent then he throws it high into the air. As the scroll flies the user performs 3 brief hand seals then slams his hand to the ground. Shortly following the pattern on the blue print takes form on the battlefield in the form of hundreds of hollow earthen columns, no bigger than 4 feet in height and diameter. Once the columns take form the user stands up and claps his hands channeling wind chakra into the blueprint which expands like a large carpet over the battlefield, the user clenches his fist causing the blue print to implode with intense wind pressure which travels directly into the ground causing the columns to rotate rapidly generating a constant circulation of different air flows which intercept each other making it near impossible for projectiles to travel in straight paths towards the opponent or the user. After this happens the blue print disappears but the columns remain and continue spinning, the columns can be moved via God's Chess Board in order manipulate the air currents to be an advantage to the user. Due to how tightly aligned the columns are the air currents react to any column moving latching onto that moving column and moving in the same direction or pattern as that column. Like a link of chains following the lead chain. The user of this jutsu through knowing the pattern from the blue print also knows the pattern of the air currents.

Description: The user first performs a single hand seal before removing 2 kunai. Next the user reveals both to the opponent to taunt him, the kunai wedged between the finger, the user focuses chakra into one kunai then he launches the kunai straight at the opponent. As the kunai travels one hides within the shadow of the other, the kunai which is hidden is enhanced with chakra so when the next part of the attack comes it appear as an after image of the lead kunai. The user claps his hands together then the lead kunai suddenly drops to the ground, as it falls to the ground the main kunai shoots up and out of its shadow where it appears as a blur of the previous kunai before traveling on almost invisible to the naked eye.

Giving this jutsu the name 3 Legged or Ashi 3. The initial kick does the damage, the second kick or jolting of the foot does less while the last kick creates separation. The user within range of the opponent kicks upwards at the chin, by rotating the knee and other joints in that area, the user re-attacks swiping downward with the leg at the neck and shoulder area. For the last strike, the user rotates his body and pushes off of the opponent sending him back and creating separation. Creating Ashi 3, three kicks in one strike.

Description: This jutsu is an advanced version of the rain tiger at will, the user weaves two handseals, focusing suiton chakra and releasing it into the clouds, heating up the clouds, this causes rain to start falling, the rain still allows user to sense object as the original technique, the modification is that instead of normal water, the use nature manipulate the drops of rain into extremely hot water rain down, so hot it can boil an human body in seconds, this technique is so dangerous that if user performs it in short range they will be severely damaged.

Description: Through the use of the Dragon Handseal, the user will focus Katon chakra into the ground around himself. There will be an immense abount of heat, to the point that all earth jutsu which are used by the user get a +30 increase in power. This is because the heat from the fire chakra in the ground, will cause the earth to heat up to such a degree, that all earth jutsu formed will have a molten albeit solid composition. In addition to the normal blunt damage, they would also cause large amounts of burning damage if the opponent is managed to be hit. Finally, if the user wills it and through the use of a single handseal, he would be able to detonate the fire enhanced rocks so that they disperse into a cloud of super heated dust and rock particles.

Description: The user concentrates his chakra, and places a small sealing tag onto the ground through physical contact. The sealing tag has the kanji for 'Earth' written on it. Through this sealing tag, the user seals a small portion of his own earth chakra into the sealing tag, and uses it for future earth jutsu. Normally, most earth jutsu cannot be performed without being in contact with the ground. But as long as this seal remains undisturbed on the ground, and upon paying an extra '5' chakra (which is the key to the seal) the user will be able to perform earth jutsu without being in contact with the ground, the earth chakra from the seal being used as a substitute for the user's own physical contact. This is optional however, like if for example if the user is already standing on the ground and does not wish to expend the chakra he wouldn't have to. Thus, it is more practical for this to be used in the beginning of a battle.

✦ Declined, for this to work, the seal needs a release. The seal on the earth contains your Doton chakra and is used as a substitute for you touching the earth, okay. This implies it's use while you are not on ground, understandable. But what is the medium that the Earth would be released from? A dual seal would work fine, a seal on the earth and another inside your hand or something. Either way, this isn't a B rank seal either. ✦

As the opponent moves, a part of the web would immediately stick to that body part, providing a painful shock, and then numbing that specific body part. Thus the more unnecessary movement, the more pain that is caused to the opponent.

The lightning has a similar composition to (Raiton: Rairyu no Tatsumaki) - Lightning Release: Thunder Dragon Tornado. The vortex would travel through the ground until it reaches where the opponent is, and suddenly erupt upwards as a large blast of electrical energy which would do quite a bit of damage to the opponent, and anyone who happens to be underground at the time.
