Because she was rested, she was able to heal and restore naruto and sasuke again. She used all of her healing power saving naruto the first time. Bravo Sasuke.i knew there was a reason she didn't fight it, she was fatigued

-Sasuke and Naruto can't be followed. They literally teleported miles away to the Valley of the End. Sakura doesn't have that ability and she wouldn't be able to keep up in the first place.
While I'm sure the sleep helped Sakura regain chakra and stamina, Sakura still had the seal on her forehead before she got hit with the genjutsu. This means she would most likely still have had enough chakra to heal them regardless of sleeping.
edit: @chie. Sakura totally would have followed them if she wasn't in the genjutsu though. Sasukes states this himself, and then him and Naruto run to the destination. They didn't teleport.

Sasuke has said many things in this manga. The man never even completed his main character theme (honoring Uchiha clan) and he talked about that for the entire manga. Sasuke said that because he needed an excuse, so he came up with a half-assed one.
Naruto said that the genjutsu was pointless and not needed, I'm going to have to agree with him.
Yeah. They got there in a few minutes and they ran miles. I'm sorry, but I doubt it.
Teleportation or running is irrelevant. Sakura is a girl who can barely dodge a wooden spike. Implying that she can travel as fast as Naruto/Sasuke is insane. She lacks the capability to follow them.
Well the regeneration thing that Sakura and tsunade use can't be used to heal others. However the seal should still be able to supply Sakura with chakra in order to heal others with, right?
Also she could just transfer some chakra to naruto in which case he would likely start healing himself, though that would only work for Naruto.
