Well the regeneration thing that Sakura and tsunade use can't be used to heal others. However the seal should still be able to supply Sakura with chakra in order to heal others with, right?

Also she could just transfer some chakra to naruto in which case he would likely start healing himself, though that would only work for Naruto.

Tsunade couldn't heal natuto the first time he died because she was out of her base chakra reserve, lol, the seal is weird

Teleportation or running is irrelevant. Sakura is a girl who can barely dodge a wooden spike. Implying that she can travel as fast as Naruto/Sasuke is insane. She lacks the capability to follow them.

Naruto would have probably preferred kakashi restrain sakura, not the use of a super genjutsu to instantly knock her out. Sakura would have most definitely followed them, ya she may have been behind them because her base speed is slower, but still she is smart enough to see what direction they are heading. Also even if she was slow, she could see a gigantic fox and susanoo floating in the sky and head towards there.

They are fast and simply ran there. Naruto doesn't have the ability to teleport, and sasuke has to be able to see what he is teleporting to... So they clearly didn't teleport. Running time is usually excluded in the manga, because who wants to see pages and pages of running?

It could just be that if she drained any more from it to use medical ninjutsu she would go into a coma. Meaning it was on the verge of fading, so she couldn't use anymore. Though that's just a thought. Also the seals chakra can be used to help summon katsuyu iirc, so she could summon katsuyu and channel her seal chakra through katsuyu and heal them like that, right?
