Only Senjutsu works against Juubi Jinchūriki wich Sasuke does not have.
There is nothing that could hurt Madara that he can't regenerate and he can't seal him away.

His Susanoo reached the size of Madara's EMS Susanoo only after using Bijuu Power.
and think about what a Susanoo Madara would have of he would use it as Juubi Jinchūriki + Hagoromo's full chakra
