It was established Sasuke's power and Naruto's power are below Madara. That's why Sasuke will never surpass him.​

I wouldn't say never for all we know Sasuke may actually be stronger than Madara ATM but with no feats I'll put madara above him.

indeed. taijustsu would be suicide for madara against that soosano, he would get pasted. you saw how it casually fended off attacks from narutos avatars. then theres the speed and god forbid the dc level of its slash. his pre powerup ps slashes were well above mountain level judging from the size of the meteors he bisected, now imagine his current ps slash boosted with bijjus chakra, madara would get soundly beaten as he himself lacks feats to compare with sasuke, its just the truth.

the fanfic is all nice and solid but feats put Sasuke and Naruto above Madara. I hardly care about irrelevant characters but it's been shown to many times that young > old generation. Sasuke and Naruto will surpass their predecessors and that's without saying, just by following the story anyone can see that. Sasuke and Naruto don't need all parts of the bijuus, yin+yang seals to be greater than Madara. Sasuke has his susanoo variants and unique Rinnegan abilities to put him above Madara. Naruto has his unique senjutsu and bijuu dama variants. This is at age 17, the closer we get to the end Madaras power is overshadowed pretty easily just like todays chapter.

Well having the juubi is better than a little piece of nine bijuu chakra.

So as far as anything goes, Sasuke can be killed by a rasengan.
