He was in no shape or form close to his full power.

To make an estimate which would appease to most people. I'd say the sage in his spectral form was no more than 20% of his max power.

**Rinne Tensei EVERY KAGE EVER FROM THE PAST! WITHOUT them having bodies

**This is also after having enough chakra to SURVIVE 100+ Years through multiple people


These feats a lone are superior to any other shinobi in the series in terms of 1 single person doing it.

He didn't rinne tensei any kages, nor did he chibaku tensei Kaguya. He recalled their souls, not the same as rinne tensei, one is permanent, one served a specific purpose and was gone. That purpose being, to summon Naruto and Sasukes chibaku tensei that sealed Kaguya, along with everyone there of course.

It was probably closer to Edo than rinne. Why would you rinne tensei someone, aka resurrect them, and then take that away almost immediately?
And he didn't perform chibaku, he along with the kages performed a reverse summoning jutsu. The chibaku tensei was already forming before they were summoned. Did you forget that?

The sage gave them the tech. They used it, not the sage. Its definitely his tech, I'll give you that, but it was through their efforts, and their chakra combined with his seal. He couldn't have sealed her without them, just like they couldn't have without him.

I would agree if thats how it worked in the manga..

But that logic is not in the manga apparently. So thats not how its gonna work. No Naruto and Sasuke were, Sages power + their own powers.
