Sasuke awakened rinnegan because of the chakra naruto gave him, senju, hashirama's chakra, curse mark, and being near death.

Hagaromo only gave them seals. Like Naruto's balls which was given to him because of the bijuu are gone.
Hagaromo took the seal back along with his chakra. If what you said is true then his eye would be gone.

As i said the USER (Sage) is stronger but the EYE(Sasuke's) is more advanced.

Him using CT to create the Moon is due to the amount of chakra he had,which he was able to thanks to the Juubi.

just because someone refuses to buy your ridiculous argument, it isn't because they are inherently biased against Sasuke. If i wanted to be biased against Sasuke, i would say a Sharingan like Tajima's > Sasuke's. Sasuke all but outright stated his inferiority even after the Rinnegan feats in that chapter, so get over yourself. Wanking about his CTs isn't good enough proof that his Rinnegan is the best.

The eye has all the Sharingan powers.He can still predict movements,cast Genjutsu,use Amaterasu,and Susano'o,and with his one Sharingan + Rinnegan eye he was already shown to be able to use CT better than Nagato and Madara who had two normal Rinnegans.

For CT,they uses Black Orbs as the core,whereas Sasuke uses the targets as the core.Also they have not casted Genjutsu with their normal Rinnegan.Madara only casted the IT with the Third Eye.
